What do you like best about the product?
Not only are we able to build interesting and engaging chat experiences for prospects on our website, the ability to bring together all of the data in one view to understand who they are, what they're interested in, how much time they're spending on each page is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty powerful tool, and understanding how to build the experience logic is somewhat daunting. Luckily our success architect was there to build out and guide us throughout the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us better understand visitor behavior and allowing us to book more meetings.

Great upgrade from Drift

What do you like best about the product?
Our piper (ai chat bot) named Derrick is improving every day, and he is already doing a great job answering questions and directing web visitors to our correct teams. I love being able to see the most common questions and being able to feed him source documents easily to help fill in the gaps. Also, Logan is a marketing expert and an outstanding CSM, providing invaluable guidance and quick responses when we have questions. It has been such a great transition meeting with him regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much negative I can say about Qualified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have an easy and user friendly way to engage web visitors and assist our job seekers get to the careers content and help our customers and interested parties to the appropriate content. We also want to eliminate roadblocks when they are ready to book appointments with our sales team.

Game-Changing Chatbot with Outstanding Support!

What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Qualified Chatbot from Drift at the end of last year, and it has been a total game-changer for our marketing and lead generation efforts. Our Piper instance has been delivering fantastic insights and engagement on our website, allowing us to learn much more about our prospects than with previous tools.

One of the biggest highlights of our experience has been working with Logan B.—he has been absolutely instrumental in our success. His expertise in training and optimization has helped us unlock the full potential of the platform, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without his guidance.

The level of customization with Piper is incredibly impressive, and with Logan’s support, we’ve been able to fine-tune it for maximum impact. The results speak for themselves—our lead gen team is now capturing high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads more effectively than ever before!

If you're looking for a chatbot solution that is powerful, insightful, and highly customizable—Qualified is the way to go. Highly recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s one downside, it’s that Qualified’s documentation could be more robust, as finding self-serve support isn’t always the easiest. However, this hasn’t been a major issue for us because Logan is always there to provide quick responses and helpful training whenever we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides an AI assist to our person-led team of Lead Generation Specialists, helping weed out disqualified leads while surfacing the hot leads ready for live conversations. It streamlines our process by automatically routing qualified prospects to our team’s meeting calendars, making our lead gen efforts more efficient and impactful.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations built into Qualified are easy to use and extremely reliable. You can tell they've been built with the customer in mind.
The team has been great to work with, especially our Success Architect, Logan Brown. He is super responsive to timely questions, knows the ins and outs of Qualified, and set us up for success during our onboarding & implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but our sales reps would love the ability to customize their own meeting types. Right now this has to be set up at the admin level for the org, and they were used to being able to control their own meeting settings when we were using a previous tool. Not a huge issue, just more of a learning curve for us right now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a booking tool for our website that could be used across multiple teams. We were limited to one team with our last tool, but with Qualified we were able to expand the use across almost 200 users which has improved our sales conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant tool, massively helping for me and my team in lead generation, has been essential to us and being able to book meetings for our sales guys - a massive shout out to Richard Felle, he has been massively helpful in us continuing to use this platform and being on hand for anything we need

I havent seen anything at the moment that makes me dislike Qualified

Gives customers an easy way of being able to communicate with us via our website and like I mentioned previous - has been massively helpful in being able to book meetings for our sales reps. A big shout out to Richard Felle as well, a delight to work with and has really helped onboard my new starter

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible customer success team! They always will go above and beyond and rather than wait to help you with your ideas, they bring all the best suggestions right to you. Also, the book a meeting from both a demo form and the chat is so seamless. Our SDR team is having a ball with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I've been a Qualified customer since they began and they've only become better at being the best AI conversational tool in the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us tailor our web experience to every visitors needs and allowing visitors to book a meeting or speak with a sales rep instantly, all while being nurtured by an incredibly sophisticated AI chat tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the account-based personalization Qualified helps bring to the table. It can help qualify key accounts and tailor our messages to them. Qualified can help DQ a lot of the unwanted traffic we see on our website as well. The data and insights reports are also something I love about Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of cons we have experienced with qualified but I one thing I would say is sometimes we have routing issues because of our complex routing rules. This is always updated and fixed by our amazing Success Architect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified Piper is helping us fill in the gaps when our team is taking a break. Essentially we have a 24/7 SDR working at all times helping us qualify and answer questions on our website.
• Went from 1400 missed inbound chat requests from prospects to 0 missed chats with Piper filling the gaps
• 21% increase in meeting booking rate by Piper compared to meetings booked by reps

What do you like best about the product?
Since launching the Piper AI bot, we've successfully engaged in 435 conversations with visitors. The bot has enabled us to seamlessly expand our reach with AI-powered localizations in French, German, Spanish, and Italian, markets we couldn't previously support without a significant investment in manual translation and configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our feedback is overwhelmingly positive based on the initial results from Piper. As we plan for the future, having more visibility into the product roadmap would be incredibly valuable. It would allow us to align our own strategic goals with Piper's upcoming capabilities and prepare our teams accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to generate leads effortlessly in the background, thanks to our optimized bot configuration and advanced AI capabilities—eliminating the need for constant manual oversight.
