Qualified is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has enabled us to get into high quality sales meetings so much faster with the ability to target certain accounts that visit our website and connect them to their assigned rep on the account in real time. So far, we've been able to drive:

What do you dislike about the product?
We have some custom integration requests and the ability to integrate into 2 marketo & 2 SFDC instances which is not possible today but we're working with the Qualified team on a solution and a possible integration build to help solve some of our issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us the ability to engage with prospects and customers in real time on our website in a targeted and efficient way
Great product and great team
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allowed our organization to run an extremely lean and effective in-house chat team while at the same time utilizing the AI SDR to be available 24/7 and help drive sales conversations, reduce support questions and better direct to self-serve when appropriate.
The team was one of the best we've worked with, they were super responsive and helpful throughout our entire time with them. The product was intuitive and had so many cool features, there was rarely a scenario we thought of that the product wasn't able to handle. When you include the Signals functionality as well, this really helped us focus on the right accounts at the right times from SDR>BDR>AE and beyond.
We were able to run an internal experiment on the overall efficacy of having chat vs. only forms and it came out very much in favour of Qualified adding value at almost every step.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where SFDC hierarchies didn't translate as well as they could have into account views, making it difficult sometimes to understand whether we were targeting EMEA or NA arms of companies (which was important for us with different team crediting). This was specifically a challenge with Signals and intent data, but was limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allowed us to communicate with prospects and customers in real time. We found that there would be drop-off between site visits>form visit>form completion and we were able to plug some of those holes by having realtime engagement, whether with a live agent or AI SDR. It also gave us a great view into customer buying signals and intent based off of website activity or research topics.
Would never know I was working with a vendor partner, feels like an in-house experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Having a dedicated Qualified Success Architect (Elizabeth Schneider) takes the heavey lifting off of our plate. She personally sees that no detail is overlooked and makes the process sseamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only potential downside is that my competitors may find out about them and start using them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bandwidth - we do not have the ability to engage with every website vistor 24X7, but nw we do with our new AI SDR Sophia (fka Piper). In just days after launch we have 700 plus engagements and booked our first appointment with a "Target" account on day 3, very exciting!
Qualified is THE Chatbot Platform for Driving Revenue
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a powerful tool with very impressive AI capabilities, that give me confidence in the tool running in an automated fashion to drive revenue for high intent prospects visiting our site. Not to mention, the team supporting Qualified is outstanding and makes the entire process seamless. Qualified has transformed our site's revenue generation capabilities, proving a nearly immediate return on investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has some work to be done to be more enterprise ready in my opinion. For example, you can only have one "goal" as part of your chat capabilities- so if someone is visiting your site needing support, Qualified can't distinguish between that and trying to book a meeting (if booking a meeting is your primary goal). The Qualified team has stated that a lot of these features implementations are on the roadmap, but in current state the platform can be a bit lacking for certain enterprise necessities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows our Marketing team to speed up the Sales handoff process for site visitors, allowing for prospects to book time directly on the dedicated Sales Rep's calendar.
Great platform & amazing customer support - the best combo for success
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the customer support has been incredible. From day one, our Success Architect, Rob Kubovic, has felt like an extension of our team. He's always super responsive, knowledgeable and proactive when it comes to fine-tunning things.
The platform is great, with various capabilities that have helped us take our pipeline generation to the next level. And with Rob's help, we're always making sure we don't miss any opportunities to improve our implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The only thing I'd wish for is being able to use Qualified across all my work projects - it would make my life so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us identify the right visitors at the right time and connect them with the right teams. Having this 360-degree overview has made our sales approach more accurate and seamless, allowing us to engage the right prospects efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has enabled our Business Development team to book meetings like never before! It is engaging and proactive with our website visitors which has opened up new opportunities that were previously ignored.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we didn't implement Qualified sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified fills the gap when we don't have active reps available to engage with website visitors. It also makes the website experience much more streamlined and engaging and has done wonders for converting anonymous website traffic into qualified meetings.
One of the best overall Martech platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It goes without saying that we would not continue using Qualified if it didn't perform, but support from our CSM has made the experience, adoption, optimization of the product and our instance stand out. It's easy to use and as a demand gen manager I'm in there on the daily reviewing reports, updating offers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really specific to mention, had some small hiccups training the learning model - but that's to be expected. The Qualified team fixed the issue immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Qualified has been a game-changer for League. In under a month, we had our AI chatbot and AI SDR live—driving event sign-ups, content downloads, and seamless meeting bookings. The platform has eliminated friction in connecting with prospects, streamlined lead qualification, and generated significant pipeline. Qualified isn’t just a tool—it’s a strategic advantage. The Meeting Booker functionality has been a game-changer for our in-person events. At trade shows, it allows us to seamlessly schedule meetings on the spot, making the process effortless for both our team and attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has transformed how League engages prospects, driving more event sign-ups, content downloads, and seamless meeting bookings. The implementation process can be challenging, but our Success Architect, Mike Witt, made it far easier with his guidance and expertise. On the downside, it’s a premium-priced tool, templates can feel restrictive for customization, and reporting often requires extra setup to get the insights you need. I also wish it could auto-create Salesforce opportunities after bookings. Even with these drawbacks, the pipeline impact makes it worth the investment.

Qualified has transformed how League converts website visitors into engaged prospects. By leveraging its AI chatbot and real-time engagement tools, we can seamlessly guide users to book meetings and connect with our team instantly. This has opened up a powerful new lead generation channel, ensuring we capture high-intent visitors at the right moment and drive more meaningful conversations. We also are utilizing exit intent offers to make sure we dont lose out on any potential meetings. Plus using the AI SDR email function to follow up with individuals who were offered a meeting but didnt schedule one to get something on the books.
