First-class AI chatbot
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Qualified did everything possible to make the migration from our previous solution as easy as possible. The quality of the AI SDR has been great. We are getting a lot more conversions via the chatbot, and the AI also handles every question with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant. There are a few minor things which have become feature requests, which the team has been very receptive to. Time will if they become GA features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI chatbot allows us to accept open-ended questions from visitors. We're fortunate to have a strong library of content on which to train the bot, so it has been very well able to respond to the queries. Additionally, we use Qualified to schedule demo request meetings directly with the appropriate account owners.
Eye Spy AI - Watching your Site, Day and Night
What do you like best about the product?
We have used a few tools to layer on top of our website to track traffic and act as a chat bot. Most of them did the job but weren't much to write home about. Then enters Qualified. The flexibility of this tool is incredible and surprisingly intuitive given all of the configuration thats possible. There are countless features, routing rules, workflows, reports, and analytics to leverage. Another great piece of all of this is its connectivity to Salesforce. This really unlocks this tool and allows it to fit into your current ecosystem.
One of the best aspects of the experience are the people who work here. Their team is great to work with and very helpful ensuring you see success from day 1!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflow setup can be tricky and harder to learn. Another improvement could be some of the out of the box reporting and visualization of those reports. The current ones work and you can customize more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI chat bot, website chat, website tracking, meeting scheduling. All of these give us the ability to connect with our prospects and customers. Helping to direct the to proper support pages and get them the answers they need. Also tracking website traffic has allowed us to better target people in our outbound. It has also been helpful when tracking active deals to see if they are stopping by our site and engaging.
Overall just an amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The overall ROI is almost instant and with the help from our support rep Tom we have seen great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some more intuitive areas of the dashboard.

Professional Performance Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has significantly helped engagement with audiences that interact during non-traditional business hours (off hours and weekends)...in multiple languages. As a result, the ability to qualify activity through intelligent conversation and ensure potential customers do not lose interest. It totally improves the customer experience.
In addition, the integration with associated platforms is very easy and quite seamless.

There aren't many, if any, potential downsides except the fact that some prospects will just continue to engage the old-fashioned way.

Qualified - excellent product and excellent implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The Piper AI is excellent and allows you to build a scalable model for customer interaction on the website. Training the AI model to effectively be an AI representative for the business, means you can offer a great customer experience with little upkeep.
There are also some extremely creative things you can do with offering different experiences to different customers depending on who is on the website. This is perfect for tailoring the experience to your ICP or when you don't have a product that appeals to the masses.
Richard Felle at Qualified was excellent at managing the implementation for us. We've never worked with a team that is so diligent, hands-on and goes above and beyond to make the project successful.
There are also some extremely creative things you can do with offering different experiences to different customers depending on who is on the website. This is perfect for tailoring the experience to your ICP or when you don't have a product that appeals to the masses.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Lessons learned would be to have a clear plan for lead routing, attribution and the broader process built out. However Qualified will support you with this in the implementation process.

Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The support from the Qualified team has been exceptional. We have had numerous issues, but Usman has really helped to right the ship and put us in a better place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are missing, such as copying aspects of a flow and credits. There are work arounds, but its not the same 1:1 system as Chili Piper in this instance.

We have some custom integration requests and the ability to integrate into 2 marketo & 2 SFDC instances which is not possible today but we're working with the Qualified team on a solution and a possible integration build to help solve some of our issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allowed our organization to run an extremely lean and effective in-house chat team while at the same time utilizing the AI SDR to be available 24/7 and help drive sales conversations, reduce support questions and better direct to self-serve when appropriate.
The team was one of the best we've worked with, they were super responsive and helpful throughout our entire time with them. The product was intuitive and had so many cool features, there was rarely a scenario we thought of that the product wasn't able to handle. When you include the Signals functionality as well, this really helped us focus on the right accounts at the right times from SDR>BDR>AE and beyond.
We were able to run an internal experiment on the overall efficacy of having chat vs. only forms and it came out very much in favour of Qualified adding value at almost every step.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where SFDC hierarchies didn't translate as well as they could have into account views, making it difficult sometimes to understand whether we were targeting EMEA or NA arms of companies (which was important for us with different team crediting). This was specifically a challenge with Signals and intent data, but was limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allowed us to communicate with prospects and customers in real time. We found that there would be drop-off between site visits>form visit>form completion and we were able to plug some of those holes by having realtime engagement, whether with a live agent or AI SDR. It also gave us a great view into customer buying signals and intent based off of website activity or research topics.
Would never know I was working with a vendor partner, feels like an in-house experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Having a dedicated Qualified Success Architect (Elizabeth Schneider) takes the heavey lifting off of our plate. She personally sees that no detail is overlooked and makes the process sseamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only potential downside is that my competitors may find out about them and start using them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bandwidth - we do not have the ability to engage with every website vistor 24X7, but nw we do with our new AI SDR Sophia (fka Piper). In just days after launch we have 700 plus engagements and booked our first appointment with a "Target" account on day 3, very exciting!
Qualified is THE Chatbot Platform for Driving Revenue
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a powerful tool with very impressive AI capabilities, that give me confidence in the tool running in an automated fashion to drive revenue for high intent prospects visiting our site. Not to mention, the team supporting Qualified is outstanding and makes the entire process seamless. Qualified has transformed our site's revenue generation capabilities, proving a nearly immediate return on investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has some work to be done to be more enterprise ready in my opinion. For example, you can only have one "goal" as part of your chat capabilities- so if someone is visiting your site needing support, Qualified can't distinguish between that and trying to book a meeting (if booking a meeting is your primary goal). The Qualified team has stated that a lot of these features implementations are on the roadmap, but in current state the platform can be a bit lacking for certain enterprise necessities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows our Marketing team to speed up the Sales handoff process for site visitors, allowing for prospects to book time directly on the dedicated Sales Rep's calendar.
