Qualified's AI SDR is handling our inbound in a scalable way. All marketing touchpoints are potential areas that an AI SDR can engage this visitor shortly after their touchpoint. This keeps our brand top of mind and allows us to be proactive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Without tight filters, you can get flooded with site visitors who aren’t truly qualified, which can distract from high-priority prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps solve the problem of delayed or missed engagement with high-intent prospects. By identifying and routing valuable website visitors in real time, it ensures we can engage the right people at the right time—increasing conversion rates and maximizing ROI from inbound traffic.
Excellent Support & Improved Inbound Conversion
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is outstanding, especially from our CSM, Brittany Rhyme, who supported us for three years. She was always incredibly responsive and proactive, helping us scale our use of Qualified effectively. Since implementing Qualified, we’ve seen a significant improvement in our speed to lead and a noticeable increase in website conversions. It's not often you work with vendors who are willing to step in and help you achieve your specific goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and dashboard features could be more intuitive. Metrics and data visualization aren’t always user-friendly, which can make it harder to extract insights quickly. Additionally, the setup, routing, and experience builder could benefit from a more streamlined and user-centric design.

Qualified helps us solve the challenge of engaging website visitors in real time. Before using Qualified, we struggled with slow response times and missed opportunities from inbound traffic. With Qualified, we’ve been able to dramatically improve our speed to lead, ensuring that sales reps can connect with prospects the moment they show interest. This has led to higher conversion rates, better pipeline quality, and a more efficient handoff between marketing and sales.
AI SDR Support, Not Replacement
What do you like best about the product?
I was initially concerned the AI SDR would replace our BDR team, but it’s done the opposite — it's made us more efficient. It handles qualification and routing so our reps can stay focused on outbound. The AI SDR continues to evolve, learning which messages and touch points drive conversion — a huge plus for long-term optimization.
Qualified dynamically personalizes outreach based on real-time signals like page visits. This ensures prospects receive relevant emails without manual intervention from our team.
Compared to our previous chatbot and marketing tool, the reporting is significantly more insightful. It gives us better visibility into what's working and how prospects are engaging across the funnel.

Getting ramped up required a bit of a mindset shift and some upfront effort to align with how the AI SDR would work alongside our team but we've since become effective in working alongside the AI SDR. Since the AI drives a lot of the logic, there are moments when it can feel like you're handing over some control — especially when fine-tuning responses or specific targeting rules.

Before, our BDRs had to stay tethered to their computers, waiting for inbound chats that might never come; now, with Qualified’s AI SDR and intelligent routing, they’re freed up to focus on outbound efforts and high-impact activities.

Game-Changing AI SDR with World-Class Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has fundamentally changed how we handle inbound leads. Their AI SDR, Piper, has been a game-changer — eliminating the need for a live BDR on chat and giving us 24/7 coverage across time zones. It handles triaging support questions, follows up via AI email with tailored messaging, and has significantly reduced the manual workload on our team. The Streams feature is also incredibly valuable — it lets us segment and prioritize high-intent visitors so our BDRs can act quickly. Our meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate sits around 60–70%, and speed to lead has drastically improved. Their Salesforce integration is seamless, and the support from our CSM (shoutout to Cormac!) has been top-tier. He’s incredibly responsive and proactive in sharing optimization tips that actually move the needle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoominfo integration requires a specific (and pricey) enterprise API package, which feels a bit limiting since Zoominfo data quality is stronger than Clearbit’s in our experience. Also, while the Marketo integration is functional, it's not fully built out — specifically, AI email follow-up tied to form fills doesn’t fire instantly. That said, our CSM helped us build a Salesforce-based workaround that solved the issue. Lastly, while I appreciate how often they roll out new features, some feel a bit rushed and not fully productized — though the pace of innovation is still impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving two major challenges for us: speed to lead and BDR capacity. With Piper, their AI SDR, we no longer need a live BDR to monitor chat — freeing up our team to focus on outbounding while still delivering real-time engagement to inbound visitors. Piper also triages basic support questions, ensuring leads don’t hit a dead end. On top of that, the AI email follow-up feature has made it easy to automatically engage leads from events, webinars, and demo requests with personalized messaging, improving conversion without adding manual lift. Streams have helped us surface high-priority visitors so we can act fast, and our meeting-to-opportunity rate has jumped to 60–70%. It’s been a huge win for both efficiency and pipeline quality.
Outstanding Support!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the platform is consistently evolving. Almost every week, our account manager, Jennifer, is introducing new enhancements within the platform that help with the user experience and functionality. The customer support that we receive from her also takes Qualified to the next level. Jennifer is always quick to respond with helpful, clear answers to any questions we have. Her support makes using Qualified not just easier, but enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is generally user-friendly, there are occasional moments when certain features or settings aren’t immediately clear. However, our account manager, Jennifer, is very responsive and has a ton of expertise, so any issues are quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us find more ways to connect with the user based on their preferences. Whether the customer wants to schedule a meeting with the chatbot, phone, form, etc... Qualified helps us meet the user where they are.

What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: Qualified gave us instant visibility into who’s visiting our site and allowed us to engage with them in real time using AI agent, which also led to increase in quality conversions and booked meetings with the prospects. Qualified also has some additional features, like AI email that allows us to engage with leads much quickly. And overall chat experience seems to be more strategic. When it comes to technical side, Qualified is pretty intuitive tool once you familiarize yourself with it. The integration process between Qualified and Salesforce and Marketo was pretty seamless as well. Besides that I would like to mention our QSA, Andrew Ritter, has been phenomenal to work with and he guided us not only through implementation process, but keeps supporting us daily when it comes to different projects and ideas we may have.
Overall, the tool has helped us improve our revenue generation, increase the number of qualified leads (no pun intended) and streamline SDR process.
I also would like to mention that their team is very open to product suggestion and takes customer's feedback seriously - we had a couple changes that needed to be made within Qualified and their team supported it and made the updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Previous Response: Nothing major to note here, besides the common issues you may experience when transitioning to a new tool. It took a little bit of time to get familiar with the platform and understand all the nuances. One thing to note is that there is no current integration with our CDP platform, which we rely on all audience bulding, but Qualified provides really good segmentation options within itself. We've been having some routing issues, but it is also more related to the quality of the data and not the tool itself. And Qualified is working with us to help figure out how it can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since migrating to Qualified we have noticed that increase in pipeline and the improved quality of leads that are coming in.
Besides that, AI SDR helped to free up some SDR time, so they focus more on strategic outreach.

The QSA team and their support is amazing! Generally, Qualified is very easy to get up and running, plus the amount of features is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more introductory training during initial implementation would've been helpful. Not totally necessary, but would be a nice touch for customer journey.

Qualified is helping us find ways to leverage chat for a large, global sales team (with 10+ languages, complex territories, and numerous verticals).
