Outstanding Technology and Results—A Step Above the Competition
What do you like best about the product?
I am consistently impressed by the platform. The technology is great. It performs above and beyond competitors like drift. We are seeing more and more qualified meetings coming through our Chatbot Mia than we did when we were customers of Drift.
Lauren, our product consultant, has been a terrific resource and is effectively operating as a member of our team. Implementation was smooth and painless and the customer support has been fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its a premium product that is premium priced. That said it has been worth it to our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is delivering meetings and pipelines to our sellers and freeing up our BDRs to focus on strategic work.
Strong Integrations Power Seamless Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has strong integrations with both HubSpot and Salesforce, which has allowed us to build seamless lead management processes between all our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently started testing the AI Email feature, which has been working well, overall. My one complaint is the way contacts get added to campaigns based on Salesforce campaign member status. Qualified will enroll a contact when a campaign member status changes, but not based on a current campaign member status. So, if the Qualified campaign is not already listening for that status change, the contacts won't be enrolled, and we have to go in a manually change them and then change them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were missing out on opportunities to interact with prospects while they were on our site, engaging with our content. Giving prospects options to ask questions and book meetings in that moment has removed the friction associated with traditional sales follow-up.
Exceptional Support and Powerful Features Set Qualified Apart
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Qualified is the exceptional support we receive from Jen(jennifer@qualified.com). She is always available to assist us whenever we need help. In addition, Qualified as a platform offers a wide range of features that have been incredibly beneficial for us. Whether it's their AI SDR or the campaigns managed entirely by the AI SDR, I haven't come across any other tool on the market that supports us to this extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I dislike apart from the only part where I feel there's a lot of things Qualified offers that we are not necessarily utilising. Also, the campaigns are a bit complicated at times to navigate through which we've been assured would be fixed by their product team soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us navigate and launch our outbound campaigns really well, without having us to send out generic messaging every time. It looks at the audience persona and crafts accurate emails based on prompts that we enter. Also, it really helps our audiences to schedule meetings from our website, something that we look to expand on in the near future as well.
Qualified’s AI SDR Supercharged Our Engagement and Bookings
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an amazing program to work with and our SME Jennifer Schneider has been an absolute rockstar! With her help we have been able to enable more of the power from the AI SDR and hit the ground running. Since working with Jennifer and deep diving into the ever-expanding AI SDR features of Qualified, we have seen boosts in both engagement and meetings booked! The AI SDR has not only greatly improved the user experience by instant responses and smart guidance but also topped it off with nice touches of personalization that all users are looking for now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is trying to keep up with all the fantastic new features that are coming out. Whew!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Qualified AI SDR is really helping us talk to more users at a larger scale then we would be able to with just a human SDR team alone. The AI SDR not only allows us to instantly engage with users, but also is multi-lingual which has been a great added feature!
Seamless AI-Driven Lead Conversion
What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified for its ability to convert site visitors into potential clients with efficiency. It significantly reduces the time spent pre-qualifying leads by directing them to the appropriate SDRs. I'm impressed by how it enhances our demand generation efficiencies. I also find their new AI chatbot extremely promising as it streamlines conversations, saving us administrative hours. Plus, their customer success team is outstanding, always ready to dive deep into our workflows and ensure everything is set up properly. Qualified's integration with Salesforce is seamless, and our CSM's assistance made the initial setup pretty smooth. These features contribute multiple capabilities that surpassed our previous platform, Drift.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very flexible which can make workflows very complicated to maintain as a marketing ops team. Some of the lead routing is a bit complex to maintain as well to ensure it follows all our proper rules. It would be nice if the routing, conversations, and link scheduling rules were all within one place. Right now we do have to update in quite a few places when things change within our org.

Boosts Sales Engagement with Customizable Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Qualified is, as it allows us to curate conversations to top accounts we are targeting and block certain users we don't want to engage with. The integration with many other platforms helps bring value to other areas of our business seamlessly. The customizable features align with our business strategy and rules, reducing the need for human intervention in certain tasks. We can set up rules and experiences to provide web visitors with a personalized experience that caters to them and keeps our SDRs focused on the highest value prospects. Also, having our Lead QSA Jennifer, who is extremely and genuinely dedicated to our success, has been invaluable to our success with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always challenges around correctly identifying the IP address or location of the person chatting with us. If a person is using a VPN or depending on their internet provider, the location displayed on Qualified may not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to generate pipeline on our website by allowing prospects to chat with our SDRs. It helps customers access sales quickly and start sales cycles instantly. Customizable features align with our strategy, personalizing visitor experiences, and integrations bring value seamlessly.
Exceptional Support and Game-Changing AI SDR
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer-centric mentality. Every rep we’ve worked with has been fantastic and genuinely has our best interests at heart. And the AI SDR has been a game changer—we’re seeing a lot more chats and higher conversions because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We are big advocates of Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has made a noticeable difference in the quality of our leads. Before we started using Qualified, we received many unqualified leads. However, since implementing their chatbot and AI SDR, we can now qualify leads more effectively before they reach our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes it easy to engage with our customers in real time. The AI SDR does a great job of providing relevant content and I like that it can track our Salesforce information when routing to reps as well. Our SA, Jennifer, is amazing and always willing to help us optimize and improve our usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I would say I dislike - I am sure there are futures that we are not using to our fullest just yet, but Jennifer is helping us to remedy that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead and diversion of non-qualified prospects on the website. The AI SDR has been able to run a support intercept that has caught quite a few people who needed support rather than being routed to sales!

Quick chats, ability to see locations! Easy to use and navigate.

nothing, love it! I prefer to use it on my web over the app, but still very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I leverage Qualified to accelerate meeting bookings and build pipeline with its AI SDR. I love the customization and data intelligence it offers, which integrates with our existing marketing stack seamlessly. The platform provides clear data visibility and robust segmentation, allowing me to train the AI SDR to deliver tailored web experiences that boost conversion rates. The setup, although intricate for complex endeavors, is made easier by the outstanding support from our success architect, Rob Kubovic, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sourcing data to the AI model is somewhat limited and could be improved with more customization options. The setup is fairly easy with the basics, but becomes very intricate when building complex and tailored experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to speed up meeting bookings and enhance pipeline. It provides interactive and assistive conversion points on our website, and helps customize web experiences to increase conversion likelihood. Integration with our marketing stack and data intelligence are standout features.
