Driving Efficiency and Pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
This has been the easiest software we have ever installed. I love the ability to test the AI extensively before roll-out and the varied features we can take advantage of to help drive pipeline. The customer engagement process has been exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It's a large upfront cost, but I believe it will pay for itself eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better digital engagement, faster time to get on sales reps calendars and the ability to tee up the right content to visitors, rather than have them comb through cumbersome web pages.

Qualified - AI SDR and AI Emails - Great addition to our business

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has become an important part of our tech stack. We've implemented and trained our AI SDR to handle a lot of the routine questions for both sales and support. It's also helped us get meetings booked during off-hours or when territories have coverage gaps. The training process is straightforward and gives us the flexibility to keep it on message for our brand.
The chat functionality that we started with has also been a good experience for us. With a lot of ability to customize workflows and routing on the back-end, we're able to get the right people notified when a chat comes in for their territory. We've also been able to personalize the end-user experience so that we're not leading with a generic message when we know someone's intent or previous activity.
Signals has become a part of our Account ranking as well. We're using it in SFDC to give our sales team a direct way to gauge 3rd-party intent on topics that are relevant to our business.
The support that we've gotten from Brittany has also been a key factor in our success. She's consistent in helping us work with the features we have and introducing us to new beta features as they release. We have been fortunate to have her as an extension of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to do a fair amount of work to keep the routing rules from overlapping each other with unexpected results. We've got most of the bugs worked out of the system but sometimes still get surprised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us with asychronus meeting scheduling as well as live chat - either with our staff or with the AI SDR we've implemented. It benefits us because we have a 24/7 presence on our site that gives people a way to answer basic questions but also book a meeting with a live person at a later time if they need it.

What do you like best about the product?
As both a marketing manager and active admin/user of Qualified, I’ve seen firsthand how it impacts lead generation and sales alignment. Here are three key strengths:

1. Effective Lead Qualification
Qualified helps us pinpoint and engage high-value visitors in real time. With custom experiences based on behavior, persona, or campaign source, we’ve seen a strong lift in MQL-to-SQL conversions.

2. Easy to Use for Teams
From building experiences to chatting with prospects, the platform is intuitive, especially with the added AI Virtual Assistant. Admin tasks don’t require dev support, and reps ramp up quickly thanks to the clean interface and responsive design.

3. Seamless Salesforce Integration
Its tight Salesforce sync ensures accurate lead routing, real-time visibility, and clean data handoff between teams. It saves time and improves both follow-up and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides or dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has played a key role in improving our MQL rates by enabling real-time engagement with high-intent visitors. Its AI-powered chatbot continues the conversation after hours, capturing valuable leads and routing them appropriately—ensuring we never miss an opportunity, even when the team is offline.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has best-in-case customer success/support. Jeff Karges is knowledgable, responsive, and dive right into action whenever we need his support. It helps that Qualified also has an incredible product. The quality and thoughtfulness of how they have build AI into their product is what makes it so impactful. We leverage both Piper AI for chat as well as AI email, and both are extremely intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little daunting. Most things we build we have Jeff (or CSM) advise or review, but it would be great if the tool was a little more user friendly. With that said, once I figured out where I need to be in the platform (experiences vs workflows, etc) I can usually figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to optimize and increase our website conversion to leads/meetings booked. We have seen a significant increase in demos booked from our website by both leverage AI chat conversations to drive meetings, as well as the Smart Buttons/Smart Forms (allowing for us to reduce the friction for our prospects to schedule time with our team).

Making the website more human, with AI

What do you like best about the product?
I've had a great experience with their Offers and understanding which Top Prospects/Expansion Clients are spending time on the website and where. The AI SDR is a solid tool and I've seen her have some really good conversations with visitors and handle questions well that we didn't do pre-testing on. I also love Lauren, our rep, who did a fantastic job with the entire implementation process and team trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that hasn't been shared with me as being on the roadmap for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is providing our team with intent data into how our Top Prospects and Expansion Clients behave on our website in a way that is easy for Sales and Client Development to access within their own account planning and outbound workflows, in addition to informing the Marketing team of which pages get the most traffic and matter to those accounts.

It's also helping generate leads on the website where we might have only previously had visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Really fantastic and organized onboarding. Very knowledgeable and fast account management support.

The limited control over specific email copy.

Meeting booking and the ability to qualify and nurture leads that the Sales team did not have bandwidth for.

Qualified AI saves us time!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified AI handles the non sales chats and frees up BDR's time for more qualified calls/chats. Platform is very user friendly and integration to Salesforce is amazing! Implementation was easy and like the customization options that are available. Ability to handle all of our regional sites and languages. Our CSM is always willing to help and quick to find answers. Appreciate they are continuing to evolve the platform and make it bigger and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, liking all the features so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified AI helps provide answers to our visitors quick questions and even URL links reducing time BDR's need to spend on non sales chats. Sales related questions are routed to BDR's or meetings can be offered if no one is offline. Allows for visitors to be assisted 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?

Amazing tool with a top notch onboarding process

What do you like best about the product?
We've been very impressed with the Qualified tool, both through the implementation and since launch. The tool is comprehensive and customizable to our various marketing ops workflows and has delivered on the promise of increased meetings and visitor to demo reqeust conversion. The capabilities are wide ranging and go well beyond just a solid chat tool (smart forms, targeted offers, signal identification, automated email follow-up, etc.).

The power and accuracy of the AI SDR function has been recongized across our business. Even our head of product was impressed with how comprehensively the AI SDR can answer questions and overcome objections related to our offerings.

However, the implementation process is what really blew me and my team away. Our assigned qualified implementation consultant has a marketing background, handheld us through the setup (doing much of it herself), and was able to help us overcome "obstacles" related to how Qualified would integrate into our current reporting and GTM workflows. In 18yrs of buying software I've never seen such a well run and thorough implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is robust and can seem daunting, but that's where your AM/CSM come in to play and so far we haven't found anything we couldn't address and/or learn quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing overall demo requests, improving the site visitor to demo request ratio, and meeting to opportunity conversion. Improving all of these areas has contributed greatly to growing our inbound pipeline and bookings contributions.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes it easy to engage with the right people at he right time. It allows us to identify and connect with high-intent leads the moment they land on our site. The platform is highly customizable, which has allowed us to tailor it to fit our team’s specific needs. As a result, our sales process is more efficient, and we’re getting meetings booked much faster.

A huge shoutout to our Success Architect, Dom — he’s been incredible. From implementation to ongoing support, he’s been with us every step of the way, helping us unlock the full value of Qualified and continuously improve our go-to-market strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of fine-tuning to get our routing between Qualified and Salesforce running seamlessly, but once everything was in place, it made a big impact. Our reps can now focus more on outbound efforts instead of wasting time coordinating meetings.

Decreasing time to meeting booked.
