Great experience w/Qualified platform and team!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive to use and the Qualified team has been incredibly helpful every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of features that we requested that are not available, but nothing that was a deal-breaker for us, and the Qualified team would always provide suggestions of how we can get around the feature that wasn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous chat solution was antiquated, so the most important was to modernize our chat interface and customer experience. Our Sales Development Dept. is also very small, so another significant goal was to have the chatbot help minimize some of the unnecessary chats that were coming into the department and make our SDRs more efficient.
Powerful Marketing and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The option to see in real-time what page on your website visitors are crawling on is super helpful. This helps sort out who might be a potential client and tailor a conversation specifically for their industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Qualifed so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making sure that the visitors on our website get the maximum experience on our pages by live chatting with them and answering all their questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Qualified for a couple of months. With the help of this tool, I have been able to exceed quota every month . Qualified allows you to see who is on the website if it's a known Salesforce lead, current customer, Closed/lost Opportunity, Open opportunities, internal employees, making it easier to personalize the experience.
It is easy to use, and the integration with Salesforce is excellent.
I also love that the customer success team is always there with advice on what's possible and are attentive to our needs to improve our experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced the amount of time it takes to set a visitor up with an Account Executive and increased the number of demos booked.
Great platform and an even better Team
What do you like best about the product?
The end-to-end customer journey for us has been pretty close to perfect. From the first call with our sales contact to the end of onboarding, every team member at Qualified has exceeded our expectations every single time.
I'm always skeptical when a company says they will "hold your hand" through the entire process, but the team at Qualified did all the heavy lifting for us and got us up and running in literally a couple of weeks.
This level of support is the biggest differentiator. We tried a few other popular chatbots in the past, but after the first couple of weeks, we were always left on our own to figure it out. Excellent tool and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified platform helps drive revenue and generate leads that integrate with Salesforce seamlessly. The onboarding process has been the best I've experienced from a new vendor and the consistent support and dedicated team have made the process smooth. The Qualified team goes the extra mile to train our salespeople on the tool and promptly answer any questions our team has. Every e-commerce company that uses Salesforce should be also using Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up new chat experiences and routing can be a learning curve, the team does help support this but that would be my only "dislike" about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to help users answer questions in real-time and increase conversions, it's helping to build our lead funnel, and better-utilizing marketing resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The account management is second to none, with nothing being too much to ask. The product itself is straightforward yet innovative at the same time.

There's nothing I can really say i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting quicker speed to sales, ensuring fewer leads go unanswered and our precious customers can get direct contact with their account manager(s).

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an excellent addition to our marketing/sales toolkit. It's given our team the ability to connect with website visitors in real-time, personalize their browsing experience as well as get some insight into what visitors are looking for to make our experience even better. And to top it off our customer experience from the beginning has been phenomenal. Our CSM, Anna, has gone above and beyond to make sure our team has the training they need, created resources to help them succeed, and has been such a big help when it comes to all of the back-end logistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Qualified. Learning some of the back-end setup can be a little complicated, however, it's nothing too complex. Having a great CSM that will walk you through the process helps to navigate some of the issues you may face and walk through any challenges you may face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get in front of visitors and answer any questions they may have right then and there. We are also able to guide visitors to resources they may need to submit support tickets or get answers to frequently asked questions more quickly. All in all, it's creating a better customer success journey for our website by offering more support where our visitors are at.
Great tool for Engagement Specialists!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - wow, is it easy to use! Qualified also track the outreachs and success which makes reports much easier! Qualifying out leads that are only window shopping. Pouncing on-site visitors who have actual questions and you can see their engagement level. Tracking hours spent and seeing when there is the most engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
My lack of knowledge towards the platform and now finding the features that make my life easier! Once you get to using the platform daily to connect with leads is the little things now that increase efficiency that I am finding out.

We are currently working with our Rep. Looking to integrate better third-party programs, Zoominfo, Salesforce, Outreach.
Benefits are engaging with leads quicker. Qualifying out tire kickers and low-value leads - this in turn allows more time for when actual real leads are coming through.
It has also helped with job applicants who are looking for job info, point them in the right direction.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research and ask questions! The Qualified team is great for answers, but ask to see the sites they have implemented and start a conversation with their reps. They are using the program daily and will have user stories.
See if having additional third-party integrations will help uncover more information about your potential lead. Talk to your Salesforce Rep too!

Fantastic product, great support
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team has been amazing at helping us get the most out of the tool. We're only scratching the surface of what's possible with Qualified, and thanks to the support we now have a clear roadmap to make the most of the software. Jennifer and Katie have been a huge help for the whole team.
Integrations with all the other software we use are great. Creates leads in SF automatically and uses our pre-established routing rules for connecting leads to reps.
Ability to customize the chat bot, add videos, photos, GIFS, emojis, and more.

The reporting can be tough to navigate and filter data in a way that makes it easy to understand, but they have been adding features to help improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving leads an easy, low-pressure way of talking to one of our reps. It's great for starting conversations in a more natural, fun way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a clear roadmap of the different features and experiences you want to try. Don't try to launch everything all at once. Pick the most important pages on your website to focus on and expand from there.
Dive into the Qualified University and see the examples and case studies they have. You'll get a ton of inspiration and maybe even find some functionality and integrations that you didn't even know existed.

An Solid Chat App with a Phenomenal Onboarding Process
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Qualified for about a month, and the onboarding experience has been exceptional. Rachel and Hung have been very hands-on with the setup process, creating customized experiences and helping us through the various platform integrations. When I had an issue with pushing data from Qualified to Hubspot, Rachel, our CSM, quickly researched numerous resources to help, even if they had nothing to do with the Qualified platform. Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on the structure of our team, some of the required features aren't ideal. You can book meetings with prospects through the automated bot, but the routing and scheduling of those meetings after business hours can be a challenge to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has become our early warning for high-profile leads coming to our website. Based on the various filters and criteria on the back end, we now have a team of people alerting our AEs the second an import lead visits the site and engages with us. Also, the messages' customizability (and the ability to add GIFs) has helped convert many leads already.
