Perfect tool for inbound sales!!
What do you like best about the product?
As an Inbound SDR I cannot imagine doing my job effectively without Qualified. It is a must-have! Not only is the live chat seamless but it has many other features which make it a powerful sales tool. One feature is that you can build and create your own reports and export them with much ease. There is so much data that is collected that it would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Qualified also works perfectly with your Salesforce org by efficiently creating leads plus more.
I would recommend any business that has a sales department to get Qualified. Could not do without it!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to this product for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many customers visiting our website who want to engage with a rep as they want to learn more about our product or book a demo. Having Qualified makes this process a lot easier. It also helps with generating more leads.

Simple; easy to use and configure. Well designed interface that is easy to navigate

Some upfront work to deploy with many integrations; must be patient at the outset as you get everything connected.

Increase website conversions to turn more visitors into leads.

Good product and good people. They seem to have a true passion for conversational marketing, and it shows in both the product design and their level of support and account management.
I'm new to Qualified, and I found the program easy to use with the guidance I was provided.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very friendly. At first, the screen looks busy but still looks easy to navigate. The overall layout is straightforward. The color coding makes it easay to view small text on a small monitor. I dont have to read everything to determine what actions I need to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. I haven't found any to mention yet. I'm new to the Qualififed program. After I have gained more experince, I can reveal some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualified, I can determine who is looking for staffing needs versus job seeker needs. The website also pings international request. So the system makes it very easy organize which accounts I can handle.
A Fantastic Tool to Connect with Clients/Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's best attribute is its simplicity. Users are presented with a platform that is easily navigable and efficient to use. The icing on the cake is Qualified's ability to connect with your CRM (in our case, Salesforce). Within seconds of engaging a client/customer, Qualified is able to create a lead with Salesforce, eliminating the end-user having to create it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, there's nothing to dislike!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Qualified, we had a delay in engaging with our clients/customers, as we had to wait for inbound leads to be generated by said clients/customers. Now we can engage with them in real-time, eliminating the crucial waiting period of "pouncing" on a lead.

Qualified is simple to navigate, and the shortcuts help out a lot.

Sometimes you have to refresh the page to get the most updated information, but that might be my computer/internet.

Having the capability to see the information someone has put into the website and automatically sync it to SalesForce is a great benefit.

- Not a downside, but onboarding is very thorough, so it takes a couple of weeks to get up and running

Traffic to lead conversions -- we've seen an immediate increase in the amount of demos we're setting from our website since implementing Qualified
Personal approach to chat in a digital world - The best way to engage customers where they are.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes it easy for me to log in and engage live customers quickly. The UX is amazing and simple to use. All the crucial information is right at my fingertips. I love how Qualified organizes leads and makes it simple for me to engage the most valuable people first. Once we are chatting, I love being able to give a lead a call or book a meeting directly to my calendar with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, every aspect of Qualified is working well. Any issues I've had in the past have always been relayed to the product team and fixed. Really great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has given me the ability to turn "just looking around for a new solution" type folks into pipeline. It has also helped catch support questions and direct them to the correct team in a quick manner. I love the ability to engage customers immediately when they first visit our site.
In previous roles, I worked in retail sales. Qualified gives me that ability to jump in and help potential customers right away, just like a physical retail environment.

Qualified is a wonderful way to engage people on your website. It does take work and dedication to develop your digital sales approach but it is well worth it.
An extremely valuable tool for SaaS selling
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Qualified helps to speed up the sales process. In many SaaS selling models, there is a qualification stage, which can include multiple emails, followed by meetings, before the customer reaches the Account Executive to discuss their actual questions about pricing, functionality, etc. Qualified drastically increases the speed of the entire qualification process because it allows reps to communicate with visitors while they're on the website, which reduces the need for back-and-forth emailing and qualification meetings.
An added bonus: Qualified also provides a lot of insight into how our site visitors are behaving and interacting with our site because you're able to see the pages the visitor is on, where they're moving their cursor, what buttons they're clicking on, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified can potentially cannibalize other form-fills on the website. This is not necessarily a bad thing, because the speed with which the lead is being helped is much faster than if they were followed-up with via email.
Their reporting and dashboards have evolved to be more useful over time but I'd still prefer to be able to customize the dashboards more.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us put leads in contact with our AE's much faster. The leads who engage with our reps through Qualified also show a higher intent signal. People who are willing to discuss something quickly via chat are often very motivated and cooperative with the rest of the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been really impressed by the customer support team. They made the onboarding process pretty seamless, and fun! Taking on the heavy lifting of creating experiences on our behalf with real-time review sessions and training our sales team, we've been able to get up and running in a very short amount of time.
I also really love that you can easily identify where users are on the site in real-time, for contextual relevance.

Noted as a required field, but don't have any complaints at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping improve the website user experience and generate demand in real-time. The team is loving it thus far.
The Experience has been very good, I am really impressed with the software and its ease of use.

Customer acquisition seems to be easier, it is a little too early to truly tell, but so far very positive results. Anna Li has been a dream to work with very knowledgeable and intuitive on our needs as a whole.

If your company is not using Qualified then you are missing out on one of the best tools for increasing sales and customer experience.
