The BEST chat program EVER!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Too many to list. But here are some of the main ones
- Connects to Salesforce data, I know when a customer is on the site, I know when a competitor is on the site, I know when an opportunity is on the site
- Watching visitors, see a visitor browse the site in real-time, I know what to say and when
- The Bots, easy and fast to build
- Identification, knowing who is on the site with 6Sense and Clearbit data
- Notifications, letting me know when to take action, ie a large deal is back on the site
- Phone call, yes! I can call the visitor on the site
- Outreach.io integration, knowing what emails are working
- Booking meetings, I can route with complex salesforce rules and have lots of control from skill to region

What do you dislike about the product?
Small things, that I hope will be there very soon
- no internal chat for coaching
- no link to Zendesk for support tickets (hope the focus is not 100% salesforce)
- no ability to push or add a prospect to an Outreach.io sequence ie chat finished now nurture with email
- no way to restart a BOT, once someone has engaged ie restart

More leads.
More demos booked.
Better qualification of leads.
Converting web traffic into deals $$$.
Better chat experience for Spinify staff.
In 6 months we have a calculated ROI of 2.6 x Return on sourced leads. I believe we will double this within the next 6 months.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it. If you use Salesforce and have a website, Qualified is a MUST have. Change the way you do business forever with the BEST chat on the planet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can see what the prospect is typing before it's sent. This way I can better prepare for my answers. Also love the playback URL - makes it very easy to show colleagues conversations.
When chatting with a potential prospect - It makes it very convenient to see what site they are currently on for me to reference in the bot.

Sometimes when someone comes in I don't hear a ring - could be an issue on my own side though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love I'm notified when prospects that I have talked to before come back in. This way I'm able to jump right in and chat about whatever page they are currently viewing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great resource for finding prospects, keeping in touch with them, outbounding, etc. Love this tool.
FINALLY got chat for our SDR's and Qualified was worth the wait!
What do you like best about the product?
Anna Li is a rockstar CSM! She has patiently & gracefully worked with dozens of folks on our end to standup multiple experiences across different product lines and websites. Moving to Qualified was a massive improvement over what we were doing with Salesforce einstein chat. The tool is relatively easy to use and provides comprehensive and insightful reporting. The ability to see who is online and "pounce" to engage with active web visitors is unique and poses a ton of potential for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues with the team or the product. It can be challenging to coordinate all of our resources internally to stand up new experiences on new properties then measure and iterate on them. Implementing chat well does take time and energy, but Anna and Qualified have been great partners to stick with us and ensure our success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing our initial response time to leads in order to increase the conversion rates to opportunities and closed won business. We are now generating over $1M a month in pipeline via our chat channels and look forward to continuing to see that grow and improve.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Qualified about a year and a half ago and have had the best experience both with the product and the team! The experiences are highly customizable to build out and have been a great lead gen tool for us and allow us to capitalize on speed to lead. The Qualified team has also been fantastic to partner with, always highly responsive, bring new ideas to the table, and are willing to find creative solutions to fit our needs. YTD, we have seen a tremendous amount of pipeline influenced dolllars and Qualified sourced dollars and only expect this to continue.

Currently, can't say I have any dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to be able to make our chats more personalized to different audiences and be able to incorporate campaigns into them as well. Qualified makes it so easy to build out customized experiences for all of our audience segments, and we can sync everything over to salesforce or Marketo automatically. It has also turned our website into a powerful lead gen tool, and we have a huge number of meetings from our target accounts come through as well

Can't tell which of my coworkers are active or not unless I refresh. Thanks for updating this via the desktop version.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was so easy, and the integration with all the other platforms we use makes it really easy to see who we're talking to and if we've been in communication with them before.
We recently implemented the AI SDR and it has been a very effective tool. It has saved a significant amount of time on the part of my live chat staff, while increasing the number of meetings, leads, and opportunities from Qualified.
Everyone I've worked with at Qualified has been great - they respond quickly, are helpful, and a lot of the things I've wanted to see added on have been. My Qualified Success Architect always has or gets the answer to my questions quickly and is a fantastic resource.

Pounce on your top prospects when you know they are active!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is getting notified when prospects who clicked on a link that I shared end up on the website. This gives me the ability to send them a note when I know they are active.

Notifications from accounts that are routed to me in our CRM but I have no interest in following up with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of not knowing when our prospects are visiting the website. One huge benefit is when prospects book meetings with us right through qualified. This eliminates the cold call process and hands us a qualification call delivered to the calendar.

An excellent tool as well as a great support person/team. I would highly recommend the app for those looking to get a jump on potential business.

There isn't anything to dislike, but what would be nice is a mobile app for Qualified.

We are trying to acquire new business quickly, and route leads to appropriate channels. One of the significant benefits has been speed to lead.

The App exceeded expectations, but let's talk about the team!
What do you like best about the product?
We rolled out chat for our AppExchange listing and it does that very well. The reveal technology allows us to provide a world-class customer (and partner) experience by tweaking the message to each persona and where they are at in their journey. A current opty should be treated differently than a closed lost than a current customer than a Salesforce AE....and Qualified handles this really elegantly. In the first full month, over 10% of our SQLs had initial meetings set through Qualified.
All that said, what really impressed me was their onboarding and support. They orchestrated our team really well and Katie, who was our main point of contact, took the reins to shepherd us to make the right decisions throughout the rapid implementation. If you're an ISV app on the the AppExchange, you'd be foolish not to find funding for this.

We are evaluating replacement on our website for an additional cost.
