What do you like best about the product?
Bringing all the data available about a prospect / customer to a single pane for the SDRs to thoughtfully engage. My reps love the Pounce feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest, nothing so far. The feature set has exceeded our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing basic bot chat with a more thoughtful approach that better aligns to our customers digital buyers journey.

Great tool and fantastic CSMs

What do you like best about the product?
1. Strong integration with Salesforce.
2. Data Enrichment through 6Sense and Clearbit
3. Easy-to-use conversational marketing tool. I have gone in and built experiences with very little help from CSMs.
4. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable CSMs who conducted multiple training sessions with our reps and ensured a very smooth onboarding and launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Lead routing is not as robust as I would like for some of our use cases.
2. Does not capture the meeting scheduled time in a field, which means we have to look up the event logged in Salesforce to figure out when the meeting is scheduled to happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Improving website experience
2. Improving SLA
3. Increasing MQLs and SQLs

What do you like best about the product?
Great user experience, easy-to-use UI, and amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time after using the product for a few months, nothing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has completely changed how we think about conversational marketing and has elevated our chatbot experience to the next level. We've seen an influx of qualified leads after switching to Qualified, and we couldn't be happier.

Best conversational marketing tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
It could be to0 cliche to say everything, but with this tool, it is true. From sales process to deployment, ease of use, and ongoing support, the Qualified team and solution is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that we dislike. It would be great if there was a customizable dashboard available to allow us to report to our exact needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better customer/prospect/partner journey on our website. Ability to engage prospects visiting our site earlier in the process for better conversion.
We have reduced the requests that should not sit with our SDR team with ease by routing visitors to the right team through the bot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Both from the solution and support perspective, the team exceeds all expectations. There are options in the market, however after a deep review and now use of the solution, Qualified is the best choice.
They put the customer first in every way.
Also, if you are planning to sync with Salesforce, this is the system that will be a joy for your SFDC admin.

Cut out through the chatter noise

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a chatbot that would help our team get in touch with contacts within our ICP. We didn't want to automate all chats, but wanted to find the best balance between qualifying the contacts and put them in touch with a real human as soon as possible to reduce friction in the first interaction, while not overwhelming our team with too many chat requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike about Qualified, but being able to export the intent data in our dashboards would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to engage ICP contacts as soon as they hit our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes my job easy. It is easy to learn how to use and the layout is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have a lag in the system if someone comes to the website and wants to chat. It does not frequently happen though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified daily and all day. It helps monitor our leads that are coming to our website.

Incredible support and continuing product advancements

What do you like best about the product?
All of the reps we have interacted with have been great, but our Customer Success Manager in particular has been AMAZING. Here knowledge, advice, and support has been top notch and has allowed us to truly leverage the software to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is very robust, however, there are small practical things missing that make some processes a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us generate a significant amount of leads, customers, and revenue in the past few months. It makes it easy to target various categories or prospects with customized experiences in order to really make the most impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely invest in getting a designated rep to assist with implementation and continued Support.

Does Everything That Drift Couldn't Do

What do you like best about the product?
(1) Solid Salesforce Integration [along with tying into Hubspot, DemandBase, 6Sense, Clearbit, Outreach, etc]
(2) Dynamic lead routing capabilities
(3) A handholding experience with your CS where they build your chat experiences, set up lead routing, add users, everything!
(4) They train your team
(5) Simplistic chat experience building
(6) Real-time view into what users are seeing and engaging with
(7) More in-depth analytics within the platform and Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
(1) Setting up lead routing on your own (especially without the CS' help) can be time consuming and a little daunting.
(2) The alerts on chats can be overwhelming if you have a lot at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to qualify our inbound and outbound leads better. The main driver to try out Qualified was our SDR team's hatred for Drift and the lack of accurate lead routing. They needed a way to better engage with prospects (known and unknown) coming to the website, especially those who come from their outreach messages or LinkedIn ads. Additionally, we needed a better tie into our Salesforce instance outside of a manual upload of a list. Thus far, the team seems much more eager to pounce on a visitor, now can see what their contact are caring about, and aren't funneled incorrect chats.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation and use. Phenomenal support for installation, set-up, training and continual product evolution into our Martech stack. They easily integrate with SFDC/Pardot and Clearbit. We mostly recently we implemented Qualified Signals, which is providing another layer of buyer intent data to our LDR team and marketing demand gen focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is on our end as Qualified has so much to offer we cannot get it up and running as quickly as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to move to a Chat platform that offered a better user experience for our team as well as a seamless SFDC/Pardot integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get started. We took a very conservative approach and added experiences to just a few pages. We've had great success in less than 2 months. Also, the success manager support is AMAZING.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any dislikes. It's easy, flexible, and drives results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Generate more and better-qualified leads from the website.
2. Drive revenue through the new e-commerce store, and assist customers with login.
3. Help customers navigate our new website (launching 11/05).
