A Sales Platform that has helped us build pipeline!

Nothing at the moment! Qualified has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping our team get opportunities faster by speaking with our target contacts and accounts when they on the site. Instead of spending time emailing post visit, were able to pounce when the opportunity is hot!

Its well worth the investment!
Incredible support & implementation!
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success director Camille was the most helpful customer success director I have ever worked with. She made sure we understood how the entire setup worked, stuck to our deadlines, and saw that we continued to be successful post-launch. We have extremely complicated routing rules and Camille made it easy for our team to get up and running as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real "dislikes." I would say if we did it all over again, I would get personally up to speed on the software quicker and earlier in the process. It is easy to become reliant on your CSM, especially if they are good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are booking more meetings, personalizing experiences, capturing the attention of target accounts faster, and getting prospects to the right content at the right time.
Robust Live Chat Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can integrate with so many Martech systems and pull data from multiple places to really customize chat experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, getting the particulars of the logic can take some time to test, but that's expected with every system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom live chatting experiences that allow our SDRs to provide more targeted outreach and answers based on website behaviors and account data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implementation has been great and the support team is wonderful. They are great at answering our questions or addressing problems in a timely manner and work with us toward a solution that will work for our team.
Qualified Helped Me, aka a Bit Less Qualified, Get Us Beyond the Finish Line
What do you like best about the product?
I'd used Qualified in the past but I'd never participated so heavily in the implementation process. I was nervous I'd be out of my depth getting our requirements spun up, actually integrating with the different tools (Salesforce, for one)... but Katie and Rob at Qualified were wonderful to work with. I felt we have true partners on the Qualified side to help us not only get the foundation in place, but to carry us through to go-live with experiences that were more robust than I'd anticipated. Now that I'm more in my comfort zone with the tool (post implementation!), I can reap the benefits of Qualified in the way I was used to. Simply put, the customer support and partnership you get from Qualified is every bit as good as the tool itself -- which is to say, super.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workbook at the start can be a bit overwhelming, but it is what you make of it. (So it doesn't HAVE to slow or speed anything up.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand gen! It's all about prioritizing, triaging, and communicating with leads at different stages of the buying journey.
Game Changer for Realtime Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Removing the friction of form fills for people interesting in your product or services. Straight to human conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out! The prospects who want to chat live seem to respond well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time engagement. The speed to conversation for folks looking for info has really improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have dedicated reps to manage chat. We've found that having reps truly focused on-site engagement has increased value from the product.
Off and Running with Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's team truly offered a "white glove" experience with onboarding. They worked extremely efficiently with our marketing and technical staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no true downsides to using Qualified at this time. My only hope is advancements with AI on their platform in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Qualified to interact, obtain, qualify leads that could be right for our product.
The best customer service of any live chat company
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team is truly an extension of our team. They go above and beyond to teach best practices, recommend what is working with other customers, and heavily test our strategy. Their customer support is next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're unfamiliar with Qualified it can take a little bit of time to get comfortable. Their CSM team is there step-by-step to teach you or even launch experiences for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few! Providing custom and personalized experiences for website visitors and a direct line to our sales team for visitors to ask questions. We have seen many influenced opportunities, pipeline, and close-won revenue directly from Qualified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with Qualified, you won't regret it! I've used other chat bot providers before and Qualified's customer service team is next level. Insanely helpful when you are on a small team.
What a fantastic lead gen tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is really simple to use, for both the prospect customer and also for an admin perspective. It is feature-rich and you can create multiple experiences for the prospect to ensure their routed down a path which is relevant for them. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer Schneider who has honestly been such a fantastic support in getting this deployed. Such as asset to the Qualified team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing! The admin dashboard is a bit overwhelming at first as there's so much Qualified can do, but the team has been so good at setting it all up and also taking the time to explain and train the sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We added Qualified to our AppExchange listing for Salesforce. We were finding prospect customers were emailing their enquiries over, so we found this solution which enabled our sales reps to talk and message customers directly. Leads are now entered into our CRM immediately so it's eliminated admin work and our sales teams are closer to our customer than ever before

One of the best live chat tools I've seen, I would highly recommend Qualfied.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has allowed the company to analyze prospects better and understand where the interest lies within the website. Overall, Qualified has helped us to be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website can get distracting to your everyday work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen benefits through prospecting and identifying target accounts.
Qualified has been so straight forward, and our support team (Steve) has been extremely helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
How accessible the platform is. I can use it on my phone or the computer, so I can take it with me wherever I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting round-robin order seems to be off. It doesn't seem to go in a fair/even order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see who is coming on our site and pouncing when the opportunity presents itself has been helpful to keep potential customers' attention.
