Real time conversations, able to have a rapid response without losing the customer due to waiting time.

Routed by state, not by company HQ - this will require us to do a little more work in discovery

Qualified, like is a valuable tool for:
1. Allow buyers and sales staff to connect in real-time through online chats.
2. With the ability to collect leads, expand channels to take the right action.
3. We can see who is viewing our website and what the company is doing.
4. It is very useful to attract and retain the attention of our most popular visitors.
5. Allow display of live chat and phone calls to increase conversions.

It takes time to set up conversations with Qualified.
Internal notes in conversation would be quite useful.
They must keep optimizing reports through pure UX design.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Salesforce Appexchange vendor, we've had a great experience in working with the Qualified team on both our Appexchange listing and our core site. Their team has been amazing to work with in terms of setting up the app and helping us to continue to improve our implementation. Rob Kubovic has been an absolute rockstar to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real downsides that we've found so far. The team made it easy to get started and are always quick to answer our questions and jump in to help whenever it's needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to more quickly get our most qualified leads to a discovery call. Qualified became one of our top lead sources almost instantly after implementation. it's also incredibly valuable to better understand how our prospects are interacting with our site.

1. Offering us relevant interfaces for our customers on every page of the website, the chatbot is a fantastic alternative to traditional form submissions.

3. Qualified provides an integrated development environment (IDE) with various programming languages, and allows us to conduct interviews and calculate qualifications for assigned projects.
4. Qualified is very useful for recruiters to measure and compare candidate performance based on factors like code submission, execution time, test results and more.

Qualified Is Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps capture the business on our website that would otherwise be lost. It helps bring real-time business to our attention that we can action immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're capturing leads in real-time which not only brings new business to us, but allows us to understand communication gaps in the website. We have begun to realize where we need to focus our attention in our messaging and on our site.
Great Chatbot, Better Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Our Qualified.com support person was super helpful, checking in frequently and working tirelessly to make the changes that we need and solve difficult problems. I also like that it prioritizes chatting with a human salesperson over just pushing site visitors to a different part of the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small quirks and issues with qualified, but that's the case with any piece of software, but our support person was quick to offer tips and workarounds so we can still get the most out of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salespeople needed to book more meetings and our company needs to bring on more clients to hit our goals, so far we've had several meetings scheduled that wouldn't have with our existing tools. We're hoping to book a lot more going forward.

We have only just started using Qualified, but our experience during implementation was wonderful. The Qualified team was helpful and supportive every step of the way!

Haven't disliked anything yet. Hoping that won't change.

We were looking for a way to engage with website viewers to find out ways to keep them on the page longer and see if they were interested in our service and we could connect them with adviser's to start a conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
Our partner relationship with the Qualified team is out of this world. Jeff is always willing to help us get the most out of our experience with Qualified and we recently had training with Brittany Enfinger on best practices, pouncing advice, and the secrets to reassigning conversations! She kept the team engaged, and laughing with her positive attitude and relevant conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there has not been a dislike for our experience with Qualified so far- the whole team is always eager to help, and they are all so responsive. I'd say the only dislike is that the whole team is not yet utilizing the tool- but we are working on that now! Super excited to continue seeing success and working alongside the Qualified team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business's success stems from the urgency we respond to customers and prospects. The ideal customer of ours has specific reporting needs, and the quicker we learn about their need and the problems they are looking to solve the faster we can get the conversation started, with solutions that can help them. Qualified has allowed us to get a head start on these conversations by allowing us to interact with them as they are discovering our website.

You will not be disappointed with your experience with Qualified- I cannot say enough about our partnership and the quality of training, and feedback we get from Jeff and Brittany (and team).

We can connect with prospects earlier in the process and get meetings scheduled within minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so helpful to get notifications on slack when someone on Qualified wants to chat with a rep. I will sometimes go to another tab so I don't always have it open on my laptop, the notifications make it easy to not miss out on a good lead!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pick anything to dislike about Qualified, it's overall a great resource and helps you connect with prospects in real-time. Many great leads have come through via Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beneficial to be able to connect with new leads whom you may not even prospect because of the number of accounts you own as a BDR. It's a great way to add to your pipeline and connect with prospects who are interested in what our company has to offer. Additionally, it saves time since you can qualify a meeting through live chat.
