What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love the ability to report within Qualified. The support staff is unequaled and the platform provides key insights to website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have the platform notifications be more consistent, I experienced issues with being notified/not notified when I had the Qualified tab open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gained insights into who was visiting our website regularly. It was supremely beneficial!

Great tool thats boosted my sales
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a fantastic product that allows me as an SDR to quickly qualify prospects coming to our page. Its integration with Salesforce is super helpful as it allows me to quickly understand who and why people are on our page before I even open up a chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far that come to mind. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows me to quickly fill in the gaps for people discovering our page. If someone seems lost on our pricing page I can quickly step in and see how I can help.

Still trying to work out the best routing for notifications.

We've gained clarity on the who, how, and why of prospects looking at our product.

The support from the team at Qualified has been top-notch.

I have not had anything about the product or service that I've found to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still testing the product, but the benefits are easily relatable to our priorities as an organization. The platform can be configured to the most minute detail or to a very general scope, which gives flexibility in how to go about achieving our goals as an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how many times an account has come and gone, or how many times you wish you could have had a better way to go straight into engagement with an account. This is your solution!
Valuable tool supported by excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has given our team an additional ability to engage with leads in real-time aside from phone calls and web meetings along with insight into web activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Qualified is the lead alerting. Depending on how an experience is structured, sometimes it may lead to a team member not receiving a certain alert
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More real-time interactions with leads. One of the main benefits is being able engage with an inbound lead right away and not having to potentially chase them through phone and email.

I am excited that we can chat with site visitors in real-time, geared towards converting them to warm leads.

I don't have any least helpful points since I haven't been able to dive into product use yet.

We are going able to reach prospects that could have lost interest in the product if no one was able to reach out as mentioned at a physical storefront.

Product and technology is among the industry tops, The service team cannot be matched. They changed the game causing their competitors to go with their model.

No Dislikes, but would like to see some expansion on the calendaring feature.

Reaching our customers and potential customers in a more meaningful way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Qualified has set the standard when it comes to how we want to interact with vendors. They are one of the few vendors who enable the relationship as a partnership. We look forward to our meetings, as they come with insights on how we can improve, and why we should take action. All without being prompted, and done proactively.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is user-friendly and automates a lot of steps that would be otherwise tedious. Excited to start using it live! Our product trainer was awesome and I left feeling confident about using Qualified.

Nothing so far! I have really enjoyed using it.

We are using Qualified as a way to extend our prospecting efforts and meet our customers' needs with more efficiency and precision.
