Unparalleled Account Rep Service
What do you like best about the product?
Our rep Anna is incredible. She has deep knowledge of Qualified's capabilities and follows through with the implementation of all action items from our calls. She also knows other services that link with Qualified so we can get the most out of our subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best customer routing and chat experience I've ever dealt with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified runs our customer service experiences, helps capture leads, and gets the most out of our ad spend.
Great implementation support and rep training
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified platform is easy to use and we 've seen immediate value from it. Stephanie, our implementation rockstar was amazing and I'm not sure I've ever seen another sales training as engaging and awesome as the one Brittney did!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The product and team have been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've already booked a dozen meetings and we've been live a week. We're looking to accelerate speed to lead and so far that's happening. Exciting!
Seamless integration and onboarding!
What do you like best about the product?
From the technical side, Stephaine was incredibly helpful in getting us set up and making sure that we were comfortable with the product/build-out before going live. Her organization and attention to detail ensured we hit all of our launch goals and have had 0 issues since launching! For sales enablement, Brittany was awesome! She was engaging and informative. The team felt energized and excited coming out of the training and were eager to start using Qualified. I also appreciate the follow-up and training material we were sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with the product as it is quite complex. Without the help of the Qualified team, it would have been difficult to get up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to proactively engage target customers/accounts and get more meetings/conversations started with our SDR reps. Excited to see the long-term impact.
Brittney was KILLER! Very fun and engaging. Learned so much and it will be so helpful!

Loved learning about the process. Watching the prospect LIVE was epic!

Nothing to dislike yet! Seems so easy to get started!

Its another brilliant way for us to get leads moving thru the pipeline quickly!

If you get a lot of traffic on your site and need to communicate questions quickly, qualified is for you!

The ability to pounce on leads in real-time makes qualified both a CS and Sales dream.

No downsides that I can think of. Qualified shares a robust amount of customer insight!

Speed to lead is the big one here. The ability to identify high quality fast prospects is huge
Speed to Lead!
What do you like best about the product?
In sales, speed to lead is the name of the game. With Qualified, our responses to customers are instantaneous. This tool is incredible for helping us drive pipeline, great customer interactions, and allowing us to leave a great impression on anyone that comes on to our site. Would highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
With any new process, there are roadblocks that we are working through, mainly with the questions that customers see, etc. The Qualified team is so responsive though and helps us to input any changes immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us to capture more potential customers before they have to submit a request form. It's cutting out the possibility that the lead will not get back to us, as we're engaging with them in real-time. It's also helped us to better understand the type of information website viewers may be looking for, and how to better point them in the right direction when they land on our page.

What do you like best about the product?
The livestream is super helpful, as well as routed notifications when you've spoken with a visitor before. I also love that I can have a preview of what someone is saying as they type.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification sounds and inability to adjust them is definitely a downside of Qualified. I have to mute the sound when I'm doing any calls because it's very loud and interruptive. I wish there was an option to change sounds and customize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping me book more meetings and it also helps me to see which of my assigned accounts are visiting our company's website and in turn gauge interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Our support reps have been kind, fun and helpful throughout the onboarding process. They are helping us create a strong experience for our internal team and our potential prospects on site. Their insight and support has been helpful in setup, and the tool itself is intuitive, easy to use, and has already brought huge success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides of using qualified that I can speak to directly. For our team, a challenge has been to best utilize our time and how to keep up with all the notifications and be best using the platform. This seems like a good problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to bring in more users who are interested in our product but might not be responsive to our sales outreach. We want to capture an audience on our site who want a quick and easy experience.
