Quick implementation and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Quick on boarding and implementation. Excellent customer service. Very effective routing and segmentation writing the tool. UX and reports are very rich with data and analytics in performance of the charts and the reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation flow builder is not as responsive as expected, it requires having to zoom in and our and left and right... a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an automated and manned chatbot on our site that enables us to continue the conversation with our prospects.
Drives quality pipeline and revenue
What do you like best about the product?
The support we get from Qualified is top-notch. Our success architect, Stephanie, help us get Qualified up and running within 1 month. The collaborative nature of our relationship with Qualified and the best practices Qualified has shared with us have helped us exceed our pipeline and revenue goals in all regions. In addition. this tool gives us a way to organize our website visitors by our core ICP, allowing us to weed out all the clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, routing leads to the proper reps was a bit of an issue. However, we've worked through this with Stephanie. She's been amazing and helped us iron out all of our concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead is the big one. Our team is ready to chat with our customers and prospects when they're ready. It also helps us drive meaningful conversations with the RIGHT prospects on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great tool that continues to evolve by adding more and more useful features. I enjoy the feed of website viewers with the live stream view of what each viewer is looking at. This helps when you're trying to identify what specific solution or product your prospective customer is in market for. This information can also help you craft relevant and engaging messaging that has a higher likelihood of getting a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you are only able to see the location of a person that is on the site if they haven't been cookied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows me to chat with engaged prospects in a much quicker way and get more calls booked.

User friendly, notification and segmenta, and the mobila application helps stay connected whilest away from my desk

Tracking of website visitors. Quick conversion of leads/website visitors into the lead

Insights into who is interested in our products, returning visitors and the support team has been fantastic.

Sometimes no details of visitors are known and people don't enter their details so not able to follow up

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has greatly improved the user experience on our website, driving new leads and helping us engage prospects faster. We're seeing the results of our efforts already, and Qualified is an important tool in our pipeline development efforts. The *best* part about Qualified, though, is the customer service. Our rep, Tony, is one of the best I've ever worked with. He's knowledgeable, energetic, smart, and consistently works to optimize our use of Qualified. He comes prepared with new ideas for how we can expand our use of the tool, is a true partner in content development, and is just plain pleasant to work with. I'm always in a better mood after our calls! Thank you for everything, Qualified team.

Nothing comes to mind — we've been completely satisfied with our Qualified experience.

Pipeline development, automating how we engage leads, reducing the burden of content development from our marketing team
Great way to connect with current and future customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can view how the customer is experiencing the website and follow which landing pages are most interesting to them. This way, it's easy to keep track of which articles or features are important to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not clear which peers are also talking to a customer. Some disconnects with CRM. If there was a way to see the account owner when the customer was interacting on the website, that would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping track which customers I do cold outbound with come and view the website. I'm more productive and know when to follow up more frequently and with which customers.
Whatever It Takes!
What do you like best about the product?
Whatever it Takes! is the Qualified.com team's motto. They go above and beyond during discovery to understand and define a Qualified.com use case. They provide real support throughout the buildout by a dedicated, educated and super flexible tech and service team. Most SAAS companies only say they provide high-touch personalization and support, and then you find out they really don't. It is a hallmark of Qualified's super dedicated team! That's on top of a product that out-delivers the competition in every aspect. Integrations are a must for our organization. Speed and agility are high demands when you're integrating with customized systems. Qualified did everything in their power to enable our business processes and systems into the Qualified experience for both customers and reps. We upgraded from an antiquated, reactionary process with our old chat tool to proactive conversational marketing with Qualified. I cannot recommend them enough!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the upgrade in analytics over our old tool, there are still improvements that could be made to capture key journey milestones. These are key when answering specific questions from leadership about Qualified performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beginning conversations with visitors to our site with insight into their CRM data is allowing us to have more targeted conversations. We can also target specific companies with new messaging based on tagging in our CRM. This brings us miles ahead of our blind reactionary conversations of the past.

Live engagement to convert users interacting with a niche product/subscription experience.
The product is great, but more importantly, the team is awesome.

The team is their strongest upside + you can tell that the team who built qualified is connected with the team using it - it's built to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have some pretty in-depth reporting, but our business structure requires the ability to break out stats per business unit; admittedly Qualified is a bit lacking there.

It provides us the ability to talk with our prospects, shortening the time to meet and increasing the likelihood of a second call.
