Exceptional Support and Effortless Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the implementation and support team is incredible. Implementation was simple and quick and the team really helped each step of the way. Our partners, Camille and Alise, are super knowledgable and responsive. It's nice to have support that wants to ideate, improve, and work towards your goals with you. The ROI is super easy to measure and this made an immediate impact to our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of the platform can be a bit confusing to navigate but our team has really helped us get the hang of it and is always happy to help when we can't figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had to collect leads on our website (with a terrible chatbot) and then pass the leads over to a BDR who would qualify them then go back and forth trying to book and then hopefully get it on an AE calendar. This process was so cumbersome and there were many points of failure. Now we can easily qualify and book in one single interaction allowing prospects to quickly get time on their calendar and our AEs to focus on sales calls not logistics. The chatbot has also really up-leveled our chat on site and is so much more sophisticated than what we previously had, we're able to convert much more often from chats than before. The Qualified Chatbot also allows prospects to interact and learn a bit about us before booking a demo which is extremely helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Qualified has allowed us to capture demand on our website without the need for rep intervention in the chat. This is a huge advantage because it saves us time and makes the demand capture process easier, while our SDRs focus on other inbound leads. I also found the setup process rewarding as it gave us a fresh perspective on our marketing content and helped us identify areas that needed improvement. The implementation was super easy, and we felt completely supported through the process, thanks to our amazing representative, Jacob. The sales process was smooth, and the comprehensive documentation further enriched our experience. I am particularly excited about the upcoming implementation of email campaigns with Qualified, which I believe will stand out significantly and facilitate more dedicated follow-ups with prospects, enhancing our efficiency. So far, everything about Qualified has been awesome, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Qualified for over three years now, and its adaptability has greatly impressed me. It initially captured our attention with its robust chatbot feature, and as we expanded our usage of the platform, we found its AI email and offers functionality to be incredibly beneficial. Qualified stood out during our vendor evaluation process as a superior replacement for our previous chatbot provider, and it continues to excel in various areas. The ease of setup was particularly commendable; it is intuitive and requires no technical or operational background, largely thanks to the exceptional support provided by Qualified. One of the most valuable aspects is the flexibility of its features, such as the buttons for booking meetings and generating leads. We have customized it to fit our specific use cases, which is a testament to its complex configurability. The data integrations are seamless, particularly with Salesforce and Marketo, and the reporting capabilities provide invaluable insights into user engagement. The workflows, segments, and customized fields have been instrumental in optimizing lead capture and notification processes, especially with Slack integrations. Furthermore, Qualified's continuous enhancement of existing features and introduction of new functionalities, especially in Piper (AI SDR), reflects their commitment to long-term product investment. This commitment gives us confidence in the product's future and reinforces our decision to renew and expand our usage. The thoroughness of their services and support further emphasizes why I would rate my likelihood to recommend Qualified as a 10 out of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is the incredible level of partnership and support. We have a dedicated Qualified Success Architect who has been instrumental in our success. From the initial implementation of AI and automation to ongoing A/B testing, performance analysis, and strategic advice, they are always one step ahead. Their deep knowledge of the platform and commitment to our user adoption have been key in helping our team not only use the tool but to truly maximize its value. This hands-on, expert support goes far beyond what we've experienced with other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any advanced AI tool, it requires some manual work to ensure there are no hallucinations or errors in the automated conversations, which is to be expected. Additionally, while the reporting is quite comprehensive on its own, it does not fully integrate with all of our other tools, requiring some manual effort to consolidate analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of converting website traffic into a sales pipeline. It is a functional platform, unlike other services we evaluated which felt more like a proof of concept. We automated our initial website engagement using their AI SDR, "Piper," in combination with their meeting and content offer functionalities.

The primary benefit is the automation of lead capture and qualification. The system books meetings for our sales team, which frees them up to focus on higher-value activities. The native Salesforce integration connects this activity to our GTM strategy, making Qualified a key tool for our pipeline generation process.

Powerful AI Features, Needs Better Setup Documentation

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Qualified enhances our capacity to book meetings quickly, providing a seamless and efficient experience by accessing representatives’ calendars directly. This functionality simplifies scheduling for pre-event meetings and other engagements. I find its AI features, including email automation, have solved several issues for our team. The visual builder stands out as one of the most impactful tools, allowing us to construct systems from a wireframe perspective rather than just filters and logic, which aligns with our creative process. Having a meeting scheduler available on our website is extremely useful, enabling site visitors to easily book meetings with available team members. Moreover, the active engagement in the AI space and the ability to stack Qualified on various large language models (LLMs) provide exciting possibilities and add value to our work processes. By enabling numerous features within a single platform, it eliminates the need to jump between different platforms for tasks like data enrichment. This multifaceted utility makes Qualified a tremendously valuable tool in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Qualified to be somewhat of a 'black box,' which suggests a lack of transparency and an increased effort needed for setup and usage. It's challenging to configure without extensive background knowledge, making it essential to rely on team members or external consultants with experience in setting it up. This complexity means I often have to seek assistance from senior architects. Additionally, the process of reporting is not intuitive; while most reporting features are present, they are difficult to access and navigate. This adds unnecessary obstacles when trying to extract insights or data from the platform. Caveat to this is they did just launch a new Community which I'm seeing much better documentation and explanations that allow me to go off on my own and problem solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to expedite meeting bookings and schedule pre-event meetings efficiently, directly integrating it with Salesforce for streamlined routing and AI emails. It resolves several issues, enhancing our operational capabilities significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
It quickly generated a substantial new sales pipeline and integrates smoothly with our Salesforce environment. Qualified is among the best marketing technology investments I’ve seen in years. Their customer enablement is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities could be more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualified, we are able to engage website visitors, address top-of-funnel questions, route inquiries to the relevant teams, set meetings, and gain a wide range of visitor demographics and insights.

Excellent onboarding, support, and results with Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Qualified has been great from the start. The onboarding team was super helpful and made everything really easy to set up. They walked us through every step and made sure we understood how to get the most out of the platform.

The product itself is really straightforward to use and integrates nicely with our existing tools. The AI chatbot has made a big difference for us. We’ve seen a clear lift in website conversions and more qualified leads getting to our sales team faster.

Their support team is also awesome. Anytime we’ve had a question or wanted to try something new, they’ve been quick to jump in and help.

Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and one of the more impactful tools we’ve added to our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, I’d say I wish there were a few more customization options for offers and how images display. It’s a newer feature, so I know they’re continuing to build it out, but it would be great to have more flexibility for branding and layout down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Qualified, we didn’t have any chatbot on our site, so a lot of visitors with questions were dropping off without ever engaging. Now, the AI chatbot helps answer those questions in real time and connects people to the right content or team member right away. We’ve seen a noticeable uptick in demo requests since adding it.

The built-in meeting scheduler has also been a huge help. It’s cut down the time between someone requesting a demo and actually getting on a call, which has made our follow-up process a lot smoother and improved conversion rates overall.

Seamless Setup and Outstanding Support with Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified only a few months ago, but the setup and roll out has been very straight forward and easy. We had a unique temporary setup request and our CSM, Mike Witt, was able to accommodate every request even if it required a workaround to make it happen. The frequent check in meetings and quick response through email has really helped us expand and grow adoption for this initiative in our company and it's been a big highlight of our achievements this year!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor critique that comes to mind is the limited reporting capabilities in terms of filtering options and export capabilities. We've been able to have our CSM manually pull those for us, but would be especially helpful if we had the ability to do it ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a goal of bringing more personalization to our website, as well as finding ways of utilizing AI, so addressed both of those initiatives. The UX has helped our visitors engage more, navigate the site better, and also helped to direct traffic looking for support, careers pages, etc to the right places instead of having each one fill out a contact form. The SDR and sales teams who follow up on our leads has noticed a big improvement in quality of leads and meetings. The ability for our teams to see the chat and website history has really helped us tailor the follow up and understand potential interest in other solutions or offerings.

Easy migration to Qualified, with great support from CS

What do you like best about the product?
We recently transitioned to Qualified and had a great onboarding and implementation experience, due in large part to the support from our CSM, Jon. Given our tight timeframe, we still managed to launch earlier than planned, which was a great win. The implementation process was straightforward and easy to follow, and setting up our account was handled in a very organized and comprehensive manner. I'm looking forward to implementing the rest of the features and capabilities as we continue to set up our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to learn, but nothing to dislike about Qualified so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is being able to see high value accounts on the website, and allowing our BDRs to pounce and engage in live conversations. We haven't been able to do this motion before with our past chat solution. Qualified provides a better view into our website visitors, and allows our teams to be proactive in turning conversations into meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified simplifies the process of engaging with high-intent visitors in real time, while also giving us clear insights into visitor activity. This visibility helps our team route leads more efficiently and have more meaningful conversations with the right prospects at the right time. I also want to highlight the outstanding support we’ve received from our Qualified Success Architect, Michael Witt. Mike has been an invaluable resource; always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. His guidance has helped us optimize our setup and get the most out of Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Qualified has proven to be a valuable tool overall, I found that the learning curve for building segments and configuring the routing logic could be smoother. It took me a while to fully grasp how everything was organized and to feel confident making adjustments. Introducing a more guided or visual setup process would likely help new admins become comfortable with the system more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us solve a few key challenges around lead engagement and routing. Now, our team can instantly engage with prospects while they’re actively exploring our site, which has led to more meaningful conversations. It’s been a huge help in giving us visibility into visitor behavior, and the automation features save time and reduce manual work, while still keeping interactions personalized.
