What do you like best about the product?
I am a user admin, I love the academy and the amount of resources that are available
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to make reports and understand the source to target fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has no complaints

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to streamline a requsition on various platforms and be able to make changes on a single one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the software may not be the most intuitive. Sometimes you really have to look for what you want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to streamline our applicant process. It also serves as a database for our job descriptions which is great.

What do you like best about the product?
With the elimination of our recruiting department, our HR team has had to step in and quickly learn iCIMS. While the transition hasn’t been easy for all of us, we recognize that iCIMS is a very robust tool. We’re looking forward to building our knowledge so we can fully leverage its capabilities and get the most value out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform were more user-friendly and intuitive. The functionality is there, but the navigation and workflows could be simplified to make the overall user experience smoother and less cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have global information in one platform including offer letters and onboarding integrated to ADP is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that is the best feature of iCims. It really speeds up the recruiting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly dont have any complains about the Talent cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped on the ATS side to help us keep track and really organized our information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about iCIMS Talent Cloud is how easy it is to extract useful data from, with results being shown almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so many aspects to it that we find it difficult to recieve training on all, it would be great to have more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems wepreviosuly had with GDPR issues and makes it easy to view all applicants we recieve in one place and quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
end-to-end talent acquisition, al-powered recruiting, seamless integrations, candidate engagement toold, data-driven insights and scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex user interface, customization limitations, slow performance, customer support concerns and high cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I really appreciate the interface of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be slow. I think the layout could use a little bit of work but you grow used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it very easy for me to track applicants and send emails to them and the hiring team.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be less cluttered. There are some features on it I don't utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to rely on multiple Smartsheets to store candidate information. It's all now done in iCIMS and in one platform.
