What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and support team is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A so far, so good. Having email such as Outlook automatically capture correspondence through iCIMS would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making reporting easier.

Does the job but could stand to improve the UI

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely customizable. Its easy to add/modify/remove almost any aspect of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely clunky. Difficult to navigate to anything without a dozen clicks. Even something as simple as filtering jobs can be a bit cumbersome. (The job list is made out of expandable tables which collapse every time you filter, forcing you to expand them once more) In general, compared to many other modern systems, the ui seems rather dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem solved by this tool over our previous ATS was the online portal portion. Nothing to write home about but a necessary component for any modern ATS.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, stable product. Very little need to involve support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all areas are intuitive. Would be nice if iCIMS would be the top level account that allows candidates to apply to multiple companies without creating a new profile for each company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrated from Excel spreadsheet process to iCIMS. That alone was a great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is the most configurable and scalable ATS on the market today. It is able to adapt to the needs of growing companies and ever-changing business conditions without costly vendor-driven re-work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost model just changed recently, and while this was a long overdue change (the competition charged more for less), it is becoming a barrier to entry

Social distribution, req approvals, candidate management, recruiting metrics
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Partner with an implementation consultant, even if it is just for the sales process... It will help you make the best decisions for your organization

What do you like best about the product?
I am extremely happy with the implementation process, how much you can make iCIMS be fit to your needs, as well as with how organized my POC Andrea Ramey is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform was a bit "prettier" easier on the eye, but this is very minimal. I also hoped for video interview to be included instead of paying an additional monthly fee for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster posting open requisitions and staying organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you're looking for so at the time of implementation things go smoother for you and your end result will be just what you're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy interface. Also, files are easily found for job descriptions as well as uploaded documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes at times on our work network but that may due to our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NYC DEP. Benefits include tracking all resumes and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is online. by tracking what they do online
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the system would email us when someone has applied to a job that we have posted as well as making it user friendly from the applicants side

not having so much paperwork to have to go through.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find an applicant and/or job and to send somebody through an entire process from hire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The on-boarding system could use some work, the ability to send tasks after a candidate has started would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined the application system and the ability to more easily follow the flow of the hiring process, which allows us to generate hiring metrics (time to hire, cost to hire etc.) that we were not previously tracking.
