Powerful and effective system
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about this system makes the recruiting process less strenuous.

There isn't anything that I dislike about this product.

What do you like best about the product?
I used this software when applying with my current employer. It was very easy and straight forward to use! Easier than other online apps I have used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that this software in particular can't help with login trouble, I had to go through my employer for this while using. But I do understand why they do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS makes it easy for companies to use them for their recruitment process. Its easy, simple, and a smart system. The software is always growing!

Ease of use, ability to change status in Recruiting process

Reporting features need improvement- can’t generate reports/statistics easily

Better recruiting process, ability to find top talent

Easily track candidates but don’t plan on getting any good reporting capabilities

Easy to export information into excel such as what websites individuals are applying from.

Too many buckets to put applicants into.

Only For Larger Companies Now
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile feature is the most promising. Unfortunately we now have to migrate to their larger platform in order to continue using this feature so it can no longer be used by our Hiring Managers in the field

Honestly - pretty much everything at this point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at this time. It is so antiquated and not useful to the point that we have started using an EXCEL spreadsheet so we can at least take over clean and accurate data to our new ATS
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is clear that iCIMS wants to focus on the Enterprise (larger customers). Not only have are they forcing smaller organizations to a larger platform, but we and many of our federal contractor peers are receiving renewal quotes of over 500% increases. It is clear we are being forced out
Simple, effective way to post, track and maintain information
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, if Find candidates is important to your organization ICIMS is great for you. In addition to screening, and hire the best candidates more efficiently with a powerful applicant tracking system that's built to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost – we are a grand funded Federal program and budget needs to be managed; implementation was time consuming due to firewalls with our system is not as simple to use and requires several levels of approval. Value for private sector is incredible; we did not have the opportunity to experience all the available features and robust capability of the program.

Store and track all of your recruiting information in one location

It is important to hire the right person for position, writing a great ad, posting, attracting the right person is imperative; ability to track and approach your potential employee it is the utmost when it comes to relationship building; even if you do not hire the candidate you need to maintain positive feedback and create great report for your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows for customization to fit your company's needs. Easy to filter data, pull reports into an excel sheet and track hires. Req approvals, sharing candidates with hiring managers and dispositioning is a breeze. Customer support is fantastic, whether you call their helpdesk or your account manager, everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be difficult to navigate through at first but once you get the hang of it it's a great ATS. We do notice there are bugs when the system goes through updates (which is usually once or twice a year), but they are fixed within a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are some limitations to what you can do, e.g. how reports are pulled, but we've managed to find some workarounds. Having an ATS (and one that works well) is so crucial to recruiting. It keeps everyone organized and tracks everything so you have a paper trail to back you up.

Yes, this is an awesome ATS.

The system makes it very easy for you to post jobs, sort candidates into appropriate buckets once reviewed, and the social media add on is great for referrals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of great add ons that don't come with most packages which is unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining open jobs and incoming resumes has become much easier and more organized since implementing iCIMS.
Good way to track applicants
What do you like best about the product?
We were really happy with the applicant tracking capabilities and ease of use to post jobs to site. Integrated nicely with website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated system to receive job applicant resumes instead of having applicants email resumes.
