Decent method for managing the inbound employees
What do you like best about the product?
Easy management of candidates and their skill sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more user friendly. Less flash, more function would be nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Value for money, Customer support. Additionally, each time you open a ticket with iCIMS pertaining to an issue you are having, they send you email correspondences for every update they have to share through the resolutions of the problem. Which I appreciate because you are always in constant communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
functionality, and user-friendliness. there is a bit of a learning curve in my opinion. I wasn't quite clear on what to do when accessing the software. I was constantly on the phone with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS Recruit application helps our company to solve our talent business problem by enabling us to quickly and easily post jobs to our main web site and move candidates to jobs as well as act as a database of candidates.
System provides what is needed but could you some updates.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that iCIMS gave me the ability to get the job done. It is simple to use once you understand the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the system needs to be updated, including user experience and design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding candidates and getting new hires ready for first day.

You can upload each candidate for review instantly in addition to seeing all of the positions that are available or not.

only the time frame that it takes some of that clients to review the profile in which you have created.

What do you like best about the product?
Great Software for recruitment. Well organized and user-friendly all around. They accept ideas to create a better product and intent to help the customer 100 %. Very secure of the data information retained. The help desk in ready to help when you need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not as easy as you think , they can improve it or work on improving it in the near future. Is confusing navigating from user profile to the recruiter . Too complex for inexperienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has the capability to house multiple jobs at once, which is perfect for hospitals of any size. You are able to assign different managers for different positions.

Great Software for recruitement. Can manage applicants from different departments .

I love the widgets you can install, as well as the ability to store a lot of candidates.

I find it to be a bit clunky and unreliable at times

It was very easy to use and for new recruiters in the industry even better to learn in a short amount of time to get the most out of quality candidates and search

I have not really utilized all aspects of the program yet to determine if there are any issues to address at this time

It is allowing us my interactive recruiting solutions for our staff form new to tenured recruiters to accomplish the same result sin real time efforts to gain the best quality candidates

Easy to use. Has all the bells and whistles. Robust search feature.

Very pricey for a smaller company that doesn't need all of the features.

A must have software suite for easy recruitment
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Ari, which is an AI-driven tech (like Siri or Alexa), and it has been very helpful in recruitment of candidates for my company as well as streamlining the interview process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of TextHR. We had tried to use TextHR to communicate within the employees of the company, but the app was not particularly intuitive in terms of its layout, and we switched to Slack instead. I think the most counter-intuitive aspect of TextHR was the (lack of) organizational tabs; comparing that to slack, all the users are easily searchable and reaching out them is as easy as messaging them on iMessage or a similar platform. In contrast, TextHR did not have as easy a layout and felt much more "formal".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried TextRecruit for streaming the hiring of new employees. We realized that some of its features like Ari and TextApply were quite useful in scheduling interviews, getting the word out about our jobs and increasing the number of applications we receive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very user-friendly and Ari (their AI-powered tech) is amazing. Definitely worth a try to see if It meets your company's needs.
Great Platform for New Hire and Job Req
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track applicants through the on barding process allowing for a smooth transition from applicant, to job offer, to on boarding (and tracking all items during the on board checklist)
What do you dislike about the product?
When we purchased the platform the training was lacking, as this was more self taught and then professional training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved long turnaround times allowing for appliancants to get placed quicker and have a faster more enjoyable experience during the onboard process. This has allowed our firm to maintain and increase productivity standards are each of our distribution centers..
