What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy to use as an administrator and for all of our hiring managers and candidates. We also run great analytics and have amazing support from the iCIMS team when we’re looking for advancements!
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is so robust I don’t use every feature all the time so it’s easy to forget things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing the job analytics more and realizing how valuable sourcing is. We’re also working with our account representative to determine what new features may or may not be right for us like text recruit.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn the system, it is pretty user friendly. When I need help or am unsure of how to do something, technical support is always helpful and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not mobile optimized making it difficult to use when on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my candidates organized and easy to keep track of. I also like that it creates a pipeline of candidates that I can source from.

What do you like best about the product?
Icims Onboard is customizable and intuitive. The product is ideal for robust companies that do not fit a standard template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better functionality for W4 & direct deposit standard forma
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization costs more money, but is overall a great and help product! The system allows us to meet a variety of customer expectations and allows our team to work smarter instead of harder.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability of the product. Especially for companies that are unique and can't use cookie cutter out of the box products. The ability to create your platform to your needs is amazing, and EASY to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish candidate searching became easier and didn't require an individual license for each recruiter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees deployed all over the world so being able to have one system for all location and securely house their on boarding documents is a blessing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the ICIMS ATS is the searching and reporting features. They help drive clear visibility into where candidates are in the process for all user groups. I enjoy the ease of the admin section of the platform. It allows for ease in system set up for the admin to monitor and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once relational approves or task assignments are initiated they do not auto re-assign when the relational assignment changes. Delegation for some user groups can be tough to achieve depending on how complex the workflow criteria needs to be. The only "log in as" feature available is for admins, it cannot be limited to specific roles that the user is able to log in as. The support staff is not available on the weekends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are connecting our recruiting and on-boarding teams more closely and driving initiatives together. We have noticed that using one system for both recruiting and on-boarding is a positive change for our hiring managers and candidates.

Highly Configurable ATS

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can personalize the system to the organization's needs. I have consulted in various industries and this platform has worked well in each of them. Once the system is configured correctly, the flow of information and data reporting is very helpful in driving operational changes to benefit the success of the organization. The key is setting it up correctly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of integration between the ATS and job boards. I wish there was a way to use the Quick apply / Easy apply methods and not lose critical data such as the source codes.
I think this is a challenge (not necessarily a dislike) that the system is highly configurable and knowing how to set it up to align with your unique needs can be hard for organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, I have helped organizations solve various problems through their iCIMS platform.
1. Increase hires by 367% in 90 days.
2. Increase visibility to where candidates came from - from 6% to 77% in 90 days. (on target to hit 98% by July 1)
3. Reduced # of workflow steps from 90 steps to 20 possible steps.
All of these help organizations reach their hiring goals while creating a dynamic candidate experience and tracking each step through data/reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend iCIMS as an ATS. As with any software, it is critical that your organizations uniqueness is taken into account during the consideration process. I suggest clearly defining your expectations and be sure the system can exceed your needs. Once you decide iCIMS is right for you, take time to implement the system with your process in mind. Configure the small details. Think about what you will need in 6 months and next year. Taking the time up front will really help you down the road.

What do you like best about the product?
The system serves its purpose, however, the interface and all the theme and how everything shows it's pretty outdated
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks like a system that was used 20 years ago.

Tracking employees/candidates, linking it with offers, pre-employment process, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to automate processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Report writing could be seriously improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to fill is shortly simply because I have more time to screen applicants. Also I can use pre-screening questions which are extremely helpful.

Understand what you REALLY need from an ATS system before starting your research.
