Easy Software for onboarding!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is a great tool to onboard applicants and efficiently allows us to do so quickly all on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software at times can be frustrating as it is applicant dependent to complete tasks.

The software helps us to tackle how quickly we can onboard applicants by allowing us to use this platform to speed up our process.
REVIEW
What do you like best about the product?
How large the database is, with lots of great talent
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to use, other databases are much simpler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More talent with an easier boolean search, but icims is more difficult and harder to read
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use easier databases
I cims
What do you like best about the product?
After I learned how to use the platform, I like how I can see all of the notes from my recruiters in anything they wanted to add about the candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program itself can be difficult to work through. Some of the tabs don't seem logical in their placement. The program could be more "user-friendly"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR Recruiter is able to put candidates into the program and I can review them and either accept the invitation to interview or decline the saving me time in sifting through and actually having to interview multiple candidates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you like the usability of the program...I find it hard to maneuver
Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple correct ways to do the same task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out which variable populates what can be frustrating as well as when the variables do not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless recruitment process from start to finish. Easy to use, letting me focus less on figuring out the software and more on doing my job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't really go wrong with it.
Experience is okay, but overall could use some work
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly with the ability to compare candidates appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the program. Could maybe be set up a different way or show the dashboard consciously but what is there now is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring, screening, comparing. Definitely realized the time it saved in reviewing applicants.
Lacking Function
What do you like best about the product?
Screening questions, auto-reject, candidates to CSV. Can review through candidates quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflows and views are ineffective, recruiter manager communication, reports are extremely non-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it as an ATS. Very few benefits from a recruiter workflow standpoint.
Ok to Use
What do you like best about the product?
You can tab through the applicants' resumes quickly and push them to another ATS if needed. It is also pretty straightforward to use and can dispistion canddates via email from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to run searches to find candidates from all the past reqs and it take a very long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing for candidates
ICIMS for your Applicant Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the long wait times when I have to call in the Customer Service line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am becoming more compliant with my applications in the different states. I have realized great support from ICIMS.
The manhours and robust tracking/ sourcing time saver
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is the ability to strategize and customize your recruiting efforts with the robust "realtime" tool of ICIMS Talent Cloud.
The upside of using this ATS are the savings in manhours, tracking and sourcing.
The upside of using this ATS are the savings in manhours, tracking and sourcing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a suggestion you put into the software engineering team, it takes them awhile to get to it, but it does get addressed with their updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a major tracking problem with high volume industrial construction hiring with 25-50 hires a week. There were candidates that would try to bypass the hiring process in that that the former ATS system that we replaced didn't give us realtime or historical information to flag unqualified candidates. The benefits of our new system is that we've been able to stop the financial bleeding with bad hires. Within an 18 month period we've been able to see a major improvement.
