Wonder-Tech Software
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS makes recruiting so much easier and smooth. The system offers various insightful functions such as text engagement, Teams integrations, job posting/advertising, and social distribution, which helps streamline the talent acquisition experience for both recruiters and candidates. Not only iCIMS has a an excellent and dedicated customer service team, they also offer a plenty of resources to their clients to learn the platform to become proficient with its usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is iCIMS can be tricky if you are unfamiliar with the platform. Lately, iCMS made great effort to address these hiccups and share resources with clients to navigate these challenges through their learning academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With iCIMS, we are able to identify best practices to enhance the candidate experience, create effective strategies to optimize our talent management, and leverage systems improvements to empower different stakeholders in and outside the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface that makes it simple for new users to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
While iCIMS is easy to use, it is harder to master. Specifically the system configurations portion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using iCIMS Talent Cloud helps us find a pool of applicants that we may not have had access to before.
Efficient, effective, a ton of possibilities!
What do you like best about the product?
You can do so many things in iCIMS, which really helps our company stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the capacity of information iCIMS can hold, it often glitches or slows down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an update recently, I haven't directly benefited from the update thus far, but I know that the iCIMS team is actively working to solve any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. It is accommodating for our ever-growing company. We like that we can use many integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside to iCIMS is the limitation it has on scheduled reports and filtering on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't have any at this time.
Robust system to manage & track more than just applicants
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the options it offers. It can be a LOT, but if you spend the time up front to make it what you need, it pays dividends down the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is like 7 or 8 out of 10. There's a LOT of great reporting, but it's not as "intuitive" as you'd think - there are a lot of limitations by search type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to iCIMS, every recruiter managed candidates in their own desktop folders, and we manually posted jobs to all sites. We're way more streamlined now!
iCIMS Experience - A+
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, and one of the best features is how customizable the system is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to love the fact that you could call into the help desk and speak to someone right away, I truly dislike that now everything becomes a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to text a candidate is fantastic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please bring back live support staff when you call into the help desk. It feels like it takes a while to get someone to respond to the ticket and most times I just need to talk through some questions versus email them. It makes it really hard to try and email details because sometimes a question pops up during a discussion and you can't always type out everything into a help ticket. SUGGESTION: If there is an option while creating a help ticket to provide some available times for someone to call you, that would be an option that could expedite a call.

Easy to track candidates that have applied to job reqs
A streamlined way to hire new talent - iCIMS is great
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS provide a clear itemized list of past, pending, and future approvals needed throughout the entire step of interviewing and hiring new employees. This can be managed by admins and easily used by any employee in the pipeline. It helps keep track of historical interviews, resumes, and notes. You can also send reminders to others in the pipeline that something is pending their approval to speed up the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for iCIMS can be a bit overwhelming and outdated at times, mainly if you are used to many of the new fancy applications that companies put out these days. This is mainly intended as an internal company portal, though, so the functionality is still high, which is what is most important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using iCIMS to organize our hiring process including collecting resumes through recruiters, scheduling interviews, sharing notes internally about candidates, and sending out offer letters.

iCIMS is very customizable and can help track all new applicants in one place that anyone in your organization can access and see.

I love the delegate tool inside the requisitions for marking off onboarding tasks

The inability to sort by status in the req list
