What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to communicate with candidates and move them down the pipeline.

UI could use a refresh as it looks outdated.

ATS that is very customizable and provides reporting on every field that lives within iCIMS
Overall Mediocre
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the hiring platforms are integrated into iCims. We just recently purchased CRM and currently are in the process of using the Onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the helpdesk. Only the administrators can put in tickets. I have over 50 hiring managers and I have to put in the tickets for each of their problems if I cannot solve it for them. Then I am the go between when the helpdesk does get back to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently starting to use the CRM as a way to track registrations and invite previous applicants to our Open Houses. There is a LOT of steps to set up venues, forms, events, etc. We also have our WOTC, I-9's and background checks all integrated. That is really a nice feature that everything is housed in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can set up our workflows so recrutiers can do everything without leaving iCIMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some products get rolled out too quickly and are not mature enough to be used for a company as large and complex as ours. It would be very helpful to be able to report on audit trails and be able to filter the Metrics Dashboard as we are multiple companies in one instance of iCIMS. Combined detail is not helpful to us at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS solves most of our data accuracy for requisitions and reporting of openings for consistency

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting options are excellent. It does all the minimum basic functions of an ATS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can sometimes be lacking. It is one of the more expensive, designer options out there, and a large portion of that budget seems to be tied up in aesthetics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Applicant Tracking System - always required in this field. With not database, you can't efficiently reach candidates.
* Onboarding - the onboarding system is excellent, and I have no complaints. Some of the integrations can be unreliable, but that seems more vendor-sided than iCIMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The page designs are straightforward and allow users tp find the functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching functions depend on the correct format of filters too much. For example, spaces and commas between different text could cause results not to show up, and there is no example of the search format that could be accessed on the same page.

Customizable ATS for All of Your Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable all of the fields are and how adaptable it is to our various workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a sharp learning curve to this ATS.

iCIMS Talent Cloud helps us organize all of the functions in the recruitment process. Our team is more productive with the tool.
Decent ATS
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the system and ease of pulling reports directly, and our iCIMS support managers' willingness to find solutions to our unique issues. It is great to have a way to track and audit information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity for users to learn how to use the system for organizations with individuals who are not technologically savvy. It is also challenging to implement search locks due to the system only understanding OR logic and not AND logic. Changing that would make a big difference for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual processes and tracking via email. We now have a way to track via a system that multiple users have access to and there are tons of automation capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
in my opinion, it's very user-friendly and has many wahys you can do the same thing

sometimes the serive or implementations is lack-luster

it's easy to have new hires complete their onboarding paperwork
Solid and reputable ATS with long list of integration partners
What do you like best about the product?
It's a proven tool that has a long track record of working well with hiring managers, HR staff and recruiters.
Not as many fancy bells and whistles compared to newer ATS...it just works. The integrations are outstanding and working with approved vendors is key to getting it up and running quickly. Configuration is fairly flexible as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI is dated and could use a refresh, even with the new version out. Integrations with newer HR systems and having easier API platforms would be nice. Reporting is standard but nothing overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Application process has been lengthy in the past and ICIMS allowed integration with Indeed and LinkedIn to provide for quick/easy apply.
