Great Applicant Tracking Platform

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is user friendly. They have many additional functionalities and features too.
They partner with many vendors, such as background check companies, so everything is on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more sourcing options to attract applicants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't call it a business problem more so they are current with changing times, for example adding Zoom links to interview invites.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since we added an automated offer letter, it made our hiring process much more manageable.

Also, we added some IFORMS that are also very easy to add and modify and the ICIMS Tech Team was able to assist us in a Timley Manner.

ICIMS is also great because of how easily we are able to keep track of candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike it; it is just quite challenging to use. The reporting in Icims seems to be a little hard because it is difficult to receive some of the results I need.

I also wish they were more tools we can use instead of having to reach out to the ICIMS Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not had problems with Icims; everything seems to work smoothly. As in my previous answer, we have made our process much more manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendly platform, the ability to connect ICIMS with other systems, metrics, dashboard displays, and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
ICIMS takes too long to make changes when a ticket is submitted, it is hard to change some of the configuration at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage the pipeline, keep candidates communicated, track metrics, share reports with leadership, and tell a story.

What do you like best about the product?
ICIMS Talent Cloud is a platform very easy to customize to our company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things that could be automated and ICIMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy tool that allowed me to create a workflow based on how our company functions. It helps us attract, engage and hire talent for the company. It's user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with our HR Core system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of manual steps, but we are working with a consultant to help with our set-up to work through this. Sometimes it may be difficult to get the help needed, but I believe this is a time zone issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting of new hires and changes to teams outside of HR to help with other employee set-up issues
Working on integrating into our Core HR system
iForms are a great help with needed information from candidates

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is extremely configurable to your unique company needs. There are so many features and integrations available to help make recruiting a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support can be difficult as there seems to be a high level of turnover. Since each iCIMS platform is configurable to each company, this can cause a disconnect between tech support and the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS helps keep everything recruiting in one centralized area. We have integrated with Ultipro which has allowed us to streamline our onboarding process as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of data reporting for so many levels. The customization is very helpful when reporting to Management
What do you dislike about the product?
THe titles of certain areas are not always user-friendly. It can be difficult to navigate when you do not know exactly what you are lookg for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking to a texting program has increased effectiveness in the recruiting process.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dashboard and reporting capabilities of iCIMS. The dashboards help keep things organized. I also like that you can tailor dashboards based on login groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding platform of the iCIMS platform needs a lot of work. Onboarding is all over the system; it does not make it easy to download forms that may have been completed in the onboarding portal. There is a lack of automation with being able to assign new hire categories based on job code or job family. It is challenging to assign hiring leaders tasks that may need to be completed when onboarding their new hires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to hire applicants faster and reach a larger pool of candidates. More automation with regard to how recruiters are using the system.
