What do you like best about the product?

Using the SkillSurvey greatly helps our managers make hiring decisions. It also takes the "work" out of reference checks by using automated email reminders.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside is maybe from the candidate side of SkillSurvey. Applicants that are early in their career may struggle by not having a previous manager to complete the Skill Survey.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SkillSurvey greatlt reduces my workload when it comes to reference checks.

What do you like best about the product?

I love being able to make notes on candidates because I work in a very high volume facility so it helps me remember certain details that are very important. I also love how easy it is to get a snapshot of my day using the dashboard for interviews, candidates with active offers, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?

Somtimes candidates call me and leave a voicemail and I can't hear their name very well and I am unable to look them up by phone number. Many times they repeat the phone number, but not their last name/spelling which can be difficult.

iCIMS helps me keep all of my candidates organized and I LOVE the texting feature as well as many people prefer to communicate that way.

I like that you can customize it and think if you set up a great foundation it is an a very useful tool.

The support. I'm a person that learns by doing not by reading articals or emailing back & forth with support.

We are currently revamping our iCIMS as more options have be come available to enhance the system. I see it being useful for our recruiting team.

Interview Scheduling and Tracking the feedback and applications is very easy. The Automation of interview schedules is the best!!

iCIMS is very powerful and easy to use. The way you can create reports and templates make the hiring cycle more efficient for my company. Easy to transfer all the candidates to the workflows.

I would say if I have to, will be the price. I know is a wonderful tool but a bit expensive.

This complexity often results in a steep learning curve, detracting from the otherwise seamless experience that one might expect from a platform of this caliber.

Further, the customizability of the software, while a boon in certain scenarios, can sometimes add to the confusion. The fact that iCIMS allows extensive configuration means that setting up the platform can be a painstaking and time-consuming process, often requiring assistance from their technical team.

Performance-wise, I've encountered occasional glitches and slow loading times. These may seem minor but they can interrupt the recruitment process, causing some degree of frustration, especially during busy recruiting periods.

It makes onboarding and recruiting a lot easier. There is a lot of features and reporting available.

It is hard for me to navigate iCIMS. I like that there is a lot available you can do, but I feel like it takes so many clicks to get to something. I DO NOT like that you cannot call in and talk to a live person anymore - that is ridiculous. The reporting is not at all intuitive.

Eliminating paper and manual processes. Allows us to organize documents and communications better; much less manual work for my team.
