Gets the job done as far as an ATS goes, but requires an iCIMS guru to get it where it needs to be.
What do you like best about the product?
Customization, amount and types of reporting that is able to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support/tech support, long lead times to get things done, many changes require interacting with the help desk instead of allowing system admins ability to do so themselves. Not UI friendly or intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to keep track of candidates in play and we have devised a workflow that triggers automatic things to happen throughout the process, which is a great time-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Some pros are its customizations and integrations, onboarding automation, and marketing tools for recruiting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is always a factor and concern for those with limited budgets, and set-up can be time-consuming.

The ability to accept online applicaitons and increase the applicant pool.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization is amazing, I was ablre to modify the product to suit our uniques needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hiring Managers do not get notified when every applicant applies, especially the Indeed Quick Apply which is 90% of our applicants. It is ridiculously time consuming for them to go in and check if any new applicants have come in from Indeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and automating our processes, more posting options and having the candidates all in one place.
iCIMS is the first ATS I used and I enjoy many aspects of what is is able to do.

I like the ease of creation for reports. The integration set ups that are invloved with many outside applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
New iCIMS is still in development and there seems to be many issues with that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no extreme problems that I have noticed as of now other than the continuous improvement of New iCIMS (new version).

Amazing Talent management tool
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS offers amazing platform for Talent management. It's offer center capabilities really prove to be very helpful for our recruiters. It's user friendly configuration is easy to manage and provide wide range of options to set up HR processes as per your business requirements especially where you manage multiple clients/agencies under one parent group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Major downside of iCIMS is it allows duplicate entry under field, there's no check for that and other one is we can only export 50 K records through iCIMS reporting which creates issue when your data volume is really high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS fulfilling all our ATS needs , as no system can be 100 % correct therefore here also we face some issues which are no showstopper actually. It's wide range of options under configurations really makes it user go product
Simple, Organized and Scalable
What do you like best about the product?
Given that I have used several CRM, ATS, Talent Systems, etc. over the years, iCIMS Talent Cloud has been better than others with user experience and like the offerings for the hiring company/customer using it. More recently have been impressed with the ability and customer service of our dedicated account person who is knowledgable and relatable to us. I would certainly make sure to tell others especially compared to other systems which often seem to be payroll systems in disguise versus supporting true recruiting and applicant efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although user experience is good, It can be a bit overwhelming with learning. Customer Support response timing was not always good overall. It would also be nice if reporting functions and capabilities were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing applicants and candidates is helpful and always needed. That benefits us by using talent pools and candidate tagging and other things such as filters within requisitions. Anywhee we can save time and have less/clicks is a good thing.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of iCIMS Talent Cloud is the ease of use and one of the upsides is the ability to find and reach applicants in multiple ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing is all notifications were moved to one place. It would be better if text messages were separate from general notifications. The application can also sometimes be slow and buggy.

It provides a recruiting platform that is clean and easy to use.
