iCIMS ATS
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for easy management of candidate data and abilty to track workflows. I appreciate the status change features and ability to report.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Customer Support for iCIMS is lacking. There are often times where I have to send three or more emails regarding an issue that I very clearly explained in the initial ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an ATS that could accomodate several diffent lines of business and different business processes. The configuration of iCIMS allows us to have different processes for each type of business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using iCIMS. It has every feature you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since they have so many features, it can at times be difficult to find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The iCIMS platform makes sourcing and hiring easier.
Great for certain applications
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS talent cloud is a robust system that can do virtually anything. However in modern hiring it is too cumbersome to try and conduct HVH. In a corporate structure with limited but detailed hires it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned in the previous section, trying to run a streamlined efficient process is virtually impossible. Even stripping the system down to single steps and limiting most functionality it is still more cumbersome than many other newer more agile systems. Also although API is there for most platforms our integration into UKG was a nightmare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no ATS prior to iCIMS being rolled out, so it has been better than the previous system. It is allowing us to track our hires better and run better reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
We use SkillSurvey exclusively for our reference check process. Very easy to use and very easy to get customer support when needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't allow you to review as they come in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer pay the extra fee for 3rd party employment checks (like the Work Number) b/c the cost is so high - and usually doesn't tell us what we really want to know - how did the employee do on their last job.

I think it has a lot of oppurtunity when used correctly

Very Easy to use and streamlines processes
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is a web based platform that have streamlined our recruiting and onboarding processes greatly. We can now eliminate a lot of manual processes due to everything being built into one system. We are in the system everyday and iCIMS greatly enchanced our user capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an HRIS platform that iCIMS had as well. Also, integration and implmentation was not easy due to our representative and customer support.

We are now able to streamline recruitment

Best of Breed ATS if You're Willing to have it Carved Out Separately From Your HCM
What do you like best about the product?
It's the single most robust ATS and extremely well-liked by recruiters. Decent integration capabilites.
What do you dislike about the product?
While best in breed, it's discrete and separate from a core HCM, although integrations help with this. Can be a but user-unfriendly at first as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really provides a great solution to provide a single, streamlined recrutiing workflow, with a hook into our core HCM for data toflow over.
Solid ATS for Talent Acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, easy to navigate, find applicants and data (i.e. resumes, emails, and templates); has the ability to integrate with other systems for streamlining processes. Has a newer version that centeralizes date more visually
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as automated as would like. My team make a lot of manual movements to applicants, in which I am hoping for a more automated feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS is allowing us to create standardize templates across the organization that all subsidaries of the company can access. It allows us Candidate Management and to centralize documents needed in the offer and onboarding stages as well.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly system. 100% customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service with tech support can be frusterating due to unneccsary back and forth.

Tracking and sharing new/old candidates.
