Great Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with different systems, the customization of the platform to fit your needs, and the ease of use. I've been using iCIMS daily for almost 10 years, and it is my favorite recruitment platform. The customer support is also great - never had an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more user friendly adjustments made to the Outlook integration and setting up interviews for managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recruitment management, reports for executive leadership team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting capabilities of iCIMS and the ability to customly configure the platform to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of updates to existing products such as iForms/Feedback forms and technical support has become more difficult in recent years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, the system is able to report and almost all things happening during our initial recruiting process and we use that information to informed decisions about the future.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly! We can navigate through applicants quickly and sort them into different statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel customer service doesn't always understand my question and it can be frustrating going back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to review candidates quickly. We are also able to attract more candidates to our open positions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable, we can update and change information from our end. The system also offers build in (suggestable) process at the beginning so that is great. It is easy to navigate and understand. A lot of cool feature that helps us drive the applicant flow for 300% compared to the old job board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is customizable, it is hard to get a customer support who can easily pick up the question. We had a few challenges in teh integration too. It is not a one size fits all which is great but some are finding it hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The applicant flow, process and visibiliy. We used to spend time in reporting before the information can get to our leaders. Now it is just visible to their dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Talent Cloud is user friendly and easy to navigate. They also have strong customer support, as I always get my questions answered or addressed in a timely manner! I also love the variety of features and ability to change settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsize of using Talent Cloud is that it doesn't reach a large audience, but that also might be due to our rural location. I could see this being more beneficial in more heavily populated areas.

Helping us find and recruit applicants.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create multiple hiring portals and posting sites and support gets back to you pretty quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
No point in time reporting, inability to add other documents for signature with the offer letter (commission plan, etc.), and no built in request for offers from hiring managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS gives us flexibility in having different career portals for our brands

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is extremely useful to our TA team. Its customizable features and insights allow our team to move fast and provide a great experience internally and externally. The system also integrates incredibly well with other TA and HR tools and allows for a seamless operational workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find intructions on how to do things fast, however, the customer support team is very helpful and fast in asnwering tickets and live chats.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS talent cloud is user friendly. It is not hard to learn and can be taught to any team member. It allows you to track all of your talent in one easy location and clearly move them between the steps of recruiting. There are plenty of extra tools to utilize form scheduling, tracking, notes, and more all in one easy location.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having troubles integrating the interview scheduling, and some minor bugs of collecting info such as emergency contact relationship and being correct # of digits for phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep track of all the candidates in one easy location and easily move them along the process and hire them into our HR system. Integrates notes, scheduling, background checks, and onboarding paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
The massive amount of customizations that can be made. As a multi-branded organization, it is important that we can configure different workflows for the different brands
What do you dislike about the product?
That most communications still have to be delivered by email VS SMS. Additionally, iFORMs are still not optimized for a mobilt environment
