Lead capture talent cloud likely to increase engagement/conversion rates of site visitors/candidates
What do you like best about the product?
Customization for branding/appearance; Extensive search filters and sorting; Thorough, detailed reporting features; straightforward UX
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility in fields for profile creation (cannot sign up without entering an email address) may result in some lead loss; strong importance of coordinating ats settings to optimize search features and candidate pipelines; inability to feed candidates to ats through cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
capturing potential lead loss from candidates not ready to apply, or not finding open job matching interests on the site; mass email campaigns; pipeline building based on search criteria
iCIMS Talent Cloud and SkillSurvey are Awesome!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skillsurvey allows us to quickly get references!
Covers everything, heavy data management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about iCIMS is how holistic the data is stored and accessed within the system. Also, the new upgrades like the Offer Center and Interview Scheduler are helpful with our feast/famine system of hiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a ton of data, it is not always easily accessible. To be fair, the system was set up prior to my coming aboard, and there are workarounds, but if you don't live in the data every day, there are challenges in getting the data you want in the way that you want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS done a great job of getting us (as a company) into the growth phase that we're in now. With the integration of our background check provider (SimpliVerified) and ADP (payroll provider), our hiring and onboarding process has been streamlined and efficient. It would be nice to see other hiring things (like Motor Vehicle Reporting) integrated into iCIMS so we can have a one-stop shop for hiring.
Aligns with our Company Goals
What do you like best about the product?
Emails can be updated easily for applicants
What do you dislike about the product?
HAVING TO CREATE TEMPLATES for jobs . yes, all caps was necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

iCIMS: The Best for ATS
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, configuration and implementation stand out with iCIMS and their team. With other softwares, making updates to configuration or integration can be painfully slow, but with iCIMS it's easy. The support team is always happy to quickly assist with outstanding issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a new user,if you're not familar with setting up systems it can be a bit intimidating. There are SO many features that it can be overwhelming to find where you need to go and make sure everything gets setup for the right user groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to customize a system to fit our business needs. Previously, our HRIS team constantly had to tell our TA team that we couldn't meet their needs. Now, this is incredibly rare.
Products always changing and evolving to meet competitive market demands!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of products that icims offer customers and that they continually are updating and evolving products. I like the tech support chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the new products and offerings the cost of product add-ons can be a lot for our nonprofit organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ATS is solving the problem of attracting candidates to our organization and simplifying the application process. We are new clients of the CRM product and still trying to figure out how it is benefitting me and how to integrate the product into my work day most effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
CONFIGURABILITY: The iCIMS Talent Cloud is extremely configurable to meet the needs of many organizations. Their core ATS can be as simple or complex, as needed, and can satisfy multi-lingual, multi-branded, and multi-regional organizations.
REPORTABILITY: The core suite that was built by iCIMS (ATS, Onboard, Offer Management) is extremely reportable and therefore has the capability to measure business and team success quite easily. Dashboards can be built to not only drive daily actions, but also help recruiters to meet SLAs and work towards defined key metrics.
CONNECTABILITY: For anything outside of the iCIMS realm, the system is able to be integrated through various methods. The iCIMS Marketplace has many options for standard integrations for more basic, straightforward connections. Teams that have more complex needs have the ability to work with iCIMS to build a custom integration.
With a well configured, maintained, and adopted platform, teams can meet and exceed most of their recruitment goals with the iCIMS Talent Cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
RELIANCE ON SUPPORT: Due to the complex nature of some of the configurable elements of iCIMS, many organizations are reliant on the iCIMS Help Desk, even if they are fully capable of managing their platform themselves. Examples of configurations that require iCIMS Help Desk include security features (Search Locks, Security Rules) and automated notifications (Event Notifications). Additionally some foundational features requires the Help Desk to be involved in enabling them (Conditional Field Logic).
REPORTABILITY: While the core suite can be reported upon, many of the products that were added to the Cloud via acquisition have not been fully integrated into the ATS, causing cross-product reportability to be impossible. Many of the acquired products do not have the ability to be reported upon at all or they only have standard dashboards/reports that cannot be adjusted to meet all needs. This is a stark contrast to the core suite of products.
Although both of the above are frustrating, with the correct level of expertise, teams can rise above these challenges and still have a great experience with this software.

Icims Talent Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Upsides: Self Scheduling Interview capability and reporting.
Dashboards: Configurable per user group.
Dashboards: Configurable per user group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM ,Text Engagement and offer management are not as seamlessly integrated within the ATS as you would like which causes limitations.
Examples:
Tagging candidates is not bidirectional if input from the CRM side it does not go into the ATS.
There is a lack of reporting capability within the ATS on events and pipelines though these are fields visible in the ATS..
Interview Texts (invite to sign up etc) are not able to be viewed from the candidate "text" area. only texts that are sent from text engagement are visible in the candidate profile. Shared Text Templates are shared to all users or none, no ability to share templates per user group.
There is no possibility of applying global text platform settings. Example current ATS GLOBAL interview scheduling availability calendar for our company is M-F 10A-5P. For text there is a link you can send but this Calendar global setting in ATS does not relate to Text Engagement schedule link availability.
Offer : once accepted does not show in Recruit statuses automatically. as this product is sold separately . It is a break in efficient workflow in my opinion, the rwf status should automatically change to Offer Accepted if it is.
Similarly when someone schedules an interview the status should also change automatically to interview scheduled. Again because this is a product that is sold separately it is not seamlessly integrated into the Recruit workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interview Scheduling.
Really fast responses, even if they have to say No.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick responses to requests for help, and willing to respond more than once in a chain, rather than starting a new thread for a second question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the opportunity to chat with someone via Zoom. Having an open office hour that way was really convenient for questions that are harder to type out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster response time from references and automated reminders for those who haven't responded. We spend less time micromanaging the reference check process and have fewer emails caught in spam filters.
