What do you like best about the product?
I was recently recruited by a company that uses Deel Payroll and I was immediately impressed by how convenient the Deel dashboard is. The interface feels genuinely user friendly and intuitive. I was able to locate the onboarding section without any friction and upload all the required documents with ease. What stood out to me even more was Deel’s awareness of country specific tax requirements and their clear commitment to complying with local tax regulations. I also really appreciate the range of payment options they offer, including Payoneer, Wise, and direct transfers to my local bank. The whole experience on Deel feels both flexible and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Deel!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems Deel helps me solve is getting paid by international companies. Living in a developing country, receiving payments from abroad involves months of paperwork and long waiting periods. Deel simplifies this process by paying me directly in my local currency, which removes the need to open and manage a foreign currency account.

Flexible Payment Options Perfect for Remote Workers
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages for me is the flexibility in payment options. I really appreciate not having to wait for a traditional bank wire, which can sometimes take several days. Instead, I have the choice to withdraw my earnings through PayPal, nsave, or even directly to my bank account. The addition of the 'Deel Card' is a great feature as well, allowing me to spend in USD and avoid immediate local currency fluctuations. Overall, the platform truly feels designed with the needs of modern remote workers in mind, rather than focusing solely on the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The withdrawal fees can be somewhat frustrating. Depending on which method you select, a significant portion of your paycheck might be lost to transaction fees or unfavorable exchange rate markups. I also find myself wishing the mobile app offered more features. While it works well enough for simply checking if a payment has arrived, I usually have to switch to my computer for anything more complicated.

Deel removes the uncertainty from working as a remote contractor. Previously, I had to manually create my own invoices and hope I was complying with my country's regulations. Now, Deel automatically generates those invoices and organizes all my tax documents in one place. This helps me feel like a true professional member of the team, rather than just a 'vendor' floating in the gig economy.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel brings all my payroll needs together in one place, making it easy to check my balance, see when the next payroll is due, and access fast, free withdrawal options. I appreciate receiving a notification every time my payroll arrives. I’m also a fan of the new feature that lets you create virtual credit cards for use anywhere. The mobile app is excellent, offering biometric authentication and nearly all the features available on the desktop version. I find myself visiting Deel regularly to keep track of my payroll status and balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The only suggestion I have is for the mobile app to load a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get paid directly on Deel, without having to go through internal bank transfers, which apart from being slow, are costly.

Unlike some other related platforms, Deel is easy to register and use, with each of the key sections in separate tabs but well labelled. This makes navigation and updating of information easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing specific comes to mind, although the tax help is not available in the country I am in. While I am very familiar due to similar roles and platforms, I know many people find the SA tax system for freelance projects like this difficult to understand, so it would be useful to have it available at some point or, at the very least, a link(s) to the relevant SARS page (which is periodically checked). Many of the perks or rewards are also not available or are not relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid internationally, even with established methods like PayPal etc., can be a complex process in SA and often fraught with delays and admin, so a robust withdrawal system with different options and invoice templates is always useful.
User-Friendly and Well-Organized Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly, with options that are simple to navigate. Each topic is organized correctly under its appropriate category, making it easy to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the Deel app in combination with the Deel desktop software, it occasionally gets stuck and prompts me to log in several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving or sending salaries across multiple countries is incredibly easy and fast. Additionally, submitting reimbursements is also very simple and quick.
Efficient Transfers with Low Fees and Multiple Options

very efficient, low transfer fee and many transfer options

sometimes it is a littlie bit difficult to deal with as it gets confusing to find my transactions.
