It solves the problem of international payments. In my case, it solves that problem with the dollar situation in my country.

Honestly, I love how smooth everything is with Deel. Getting paid on time, no stress, and the dashboard makes everything super easy to follow

I really like Deel, no major complaints. Maybe just more payment methods would be nice!

Deel makes it super easy to manage my payments and get paid through different platforms. I don’t have to worry about tracking invoices or exchange rates, it’s all handled smoothly.
Great Features, But UI Could Be Clearer

The Deel card gives me the flexibility to access and use my funds as I wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isn't completely clear, but I am able to find features after scrolling, such as the Deel card. Also, the money does not generate any interest.

Easy to Use After Setup, But Initial Process Is Time-Consuming

It is straightforward once one gets to grips with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time relatively speaking to set up one's particulars. Also, the time of payment took quite long (which may have been the payor's issue).

I just need someone to pay me. If the payor wishes to use Deel, I have no real choice but to go along.
All-in-One Contract Management, But Finance Section Needs Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Managing contracts, payments, invoices all in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Finance and Workspace sub-sections can be confusing at times. Especially around submitting work hours. I try to find them in Finance but then realise the payment cycles section is in Workspace.

I receive my salary here and appreciate the convenience of automatic transactions. The withdrawal process is straightforward and transparent, which I find very helpful. The withdrawal process is very fast.

The only thing I don't like is the commission charged for certain withdrawal methods.

Receiving my salary has become very straightforward. I appreciate being able to view my transaction history and make changes to my contracts when needed.

What I appreciate most about Deel is the ability to request advances whenever necessary, along with the quick withdrawal process. This makes accessing my earnings both simple and efficient.

The main drawback I’ve encountered is that if my payment date shifts by even a single day, advances may become unavailable. It would be much more convenient if the system offered greater flexibility to maintain continuity in these cases.

Deel takes the hassle out of managing international payments and compliance, making these processes much simpler. I also appreciate how quickly I can access my earnings, even having the option to request advances when necessary. This has made the entire payment experience far more straightforward and dependable for me.
