Convenient and Intuitive, But Time Submission Needs Improvement

Highly convenient tool, intuitive and with multiple functions
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the only thing I do not care for is the time submission tab. It’s no very easy to select the numbers you want to change and can be glitchy

Only thing might be that the money wire take more than 24 hours sometimes.

Helps companies to comply with contractor's country taxes and rules.

What do you like best about the product?
This app is incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. The information is presented clearly, and it offers useful tools. I really enjoy using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option to transfer my money to other accounts or to my credit card, but this isn’t a major issue for me.

Receiving payments from the US while I'm in Mexico has been my experience.

The fee is reasonable, which I think is the best aspect of Deel.

The main issue for me is probably the delay in receiving my money in my bank account.

When it comes to security, I believe Deel is among the best apps available. Its focus on security really stands out to me.

Nothing,however maybe sometimes it takes a little extra time for money to be transferred.

Great Invoice Management, But Unfair Fees for Employees

How you can manage the invoices. This is very demanding at times, but Deel can help a lot with that

The fees are frustrating. It feels unfair to have to pay just to receive my salary. I believe Deel should work with employers to find solutions so that employees are not the ones bearing these costs.

Mostly regarding transactions. We can manage the invoices and how the money is coming to our bank accounts

Technology is clear and clean. Easy to use and transfers don’t take long. They also have good Cx support.

Easy HR & Payroll, Great Features—Needs More Currency Options
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Deel frequently since 2021. The platform stands out for its straightforward implementation and the seamless integration of HR and payroll functions. Although I have not personally needed to use the salary advance feature, I appreciate its availability. The virtual card option is another excellent aspect of the service. Additionally, customer support has always been prompt and responsive whenever I have reached out. Overall, Deel is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would much prefer to have other currencies like Euros for withdrawals and not only USD.
There used to be an integration with coinbase for stable coins, but the feature has been removed, wish there is a replacement or alternative.
