This software is user-friendly, streamlines payment automation, and offers a variety of options for connecting with different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees for employers are quite high, while those for employees are somewhat lower, but still on the expensive side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling international payments within a regional team can be challenging, as it often involves navigating different currencies and banking systems. However, Deel facilitates this process.

Easy withdrawal and transfer, user friendly

Sometimes it lags, it take minutes for the app or website to load

Fast Payments and Free Transfers, But Invoicing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The payments arrive quickly and international bank transfers are free of charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing logic is not logical. As a business owner I'm supposed to send an invoice, and the customer is supposed to pay it. At Deel, the platform will generate an invoice, which may or may not match what I need to invoice, and to get my invoice and the one on Deel aligned is very troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have an appropriate contract in place with the customer.
Easy Money Management, But App Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and makes it easy for me to manage and collect my money. I use Deel to withdraw my money every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app seems to run slowly, and I think there is room for improvement in their customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in the process of withdrawing my money, and Deel is assisting me with collecting my payment.

It is my second contract held by Deel. I can always count on getting paid on time, it is easy to withdraw and have a good experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Deel is always trying to improve the experience and offer new ways their users can get their money with minimal friction

Nothing new. I know that just like any other business they need revenue to keep operating so I understand their rates and fees

I basically can work at my company now because of Deel. It wasn’t possible before to be hired from a country outside the ones where my company has offices.
Seamless Payments and Intuitive UI, Though Withdrawal Fees Could Be Lower
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's UX and UI is extremely seamless and easy to use. At a glance, I am able to see what my balance is, when I am going to be paid next, and how to withdraw that money. Not only that, I am given multiple ways to receive my money from Deel, whether by my local bank account or by crypto, and I can even choose different currencies to receive my money by. I use Deel once a month and I have never had any issues. I have never needed to talk to customer support as I have had no issues with Deel ever. I also receive my money extremely fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to nitpick, I could ask that the fees for me to withdraw my money from Deel into my local bank account, which is not an American or European bank account, could be much lesser.

I am able to work for an European company and receive my salary through Deel. The receiving of my salary is seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user experience, as well as the debit card and the way it allows me to manage my funds. The platform is very easy to use and has a friendly interface.

The mobile app takes a long time to load, which makes getting started quite slow.
