Effortless to Use with a Handy Virtual Card Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, and I find the virtual card feature particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is nothing about Deel that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy for me to receive payments from international companies. As a remote contractor, I appreciate being able to get paid directly without any complications.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel for offering fair currency rates and the convenience it provides, which significantly benefits me as an independent contractor. The process of setting up Deel was incredibly straightforward, allowing me to get started without any difficulties. What stands out is the ability to successfully chat with support and resolve tax-related issues, such as changing the province for tax purposes. I find the money withdrawal feature incredibly useful for managing my finances efficiently. The overall convenience that Deel offers is a key factor that makes me choose it repeatedly. I would recommend Deel to others, as demonstrated by my high recommendation rating of 9 out of 10.

Sometimes the money takes to long to reach our account.

It is very user friendly, very safe and the money goes to my bank account in a couple of hours.

Now that I am in Nicaragua, I find that I have fewer options available for withdrawing my money.

Effortless Payments and Flexibility for Freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very easy to use and makes handling payments super convenient. I really like that there are lots of cashout options, so it’s flexible no matter where you are. The interface is clean, everything works smoothly, and it’s been a great tool for freelancers and remote workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Deel as a service is wonderful, the same cannot be said for the mobile app. It hardly compares to the web version in terms of smoothness and overall user experience. In a way, its functionality feels somewhat restricted. I wish its performance and design are improved someday since the platform itself is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel really helped solve my payment problems. I don’t need to rely on other exchange platforms like PayPal anymore, which usually have lower exchange rates. With Deel, I can withdraw directly with better rates and more cashout options. It’s fast, convenient, and saves me money in the process.
Useful Payment Tracking, But Navigation Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I think the UI is mostly usable for the most important information. I can easily see what the recent payments are and make sure they align with what I expect. I like the SSO, so I can just use my GMAIL and not make an account. I did have to ask for help from the chat support at one point, and they were able to help me pretty quickly. The Deel Rewards are nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the site can be pretty confusing to use.
For example, I wanted to check where I can see my payments broken down by 1) direct payment and 2) reimbursements. I had to reach out to support for this, and they did help, but I should really be able to find this on the main page.
The tabs (Workspace and Finance) don't really help you know where anything is.
Also, the amounts should really show in USD rather than Euros for a US account. I'm sure there's some way to change it, but I don't know how.

The platform is straightforward to use. Receiving and sending money is simple and hassle-free.

It offers a few more features than necessary for basic users, which might make it somewhat overwhelming for some people.

Payroll. I use it to receive payment from my client and to send it to my local personal account.
