User-Friendly and Helpful, But Notification System Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Deel Advance is genuinely helpful. In addition, its interface is user-friendly, both in terms of navigation and appearance. Overall, it is straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating how challenging it is to access the actual invoice, and I also receive an excessive number of email notifications about adjustments. Meanwhile, the important notifications—like confirmation of payment arrival to Deel—either take a long time to reach my inbox or sometimes do not arrive at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easy to receive my payments without losing a significant portion to commissions.

I have been using Deel for two years and I really haven't found any disadvantages. In my experience, it is a very good platform.

Offer assistance in payroll management, expedite payment reception, and facilitate the linking of bank accounts.

It takes some time for the money to be delivered to my bank account. Also, the handling fee is a bit high.

Amount for the deel advance. It should be higher than what I'm earning for 2 weeks.

I really like Deel because it has many options to transfer money to my different accounts and they are also very fast with the transfers.

Sometimes the application on Android is a bit slow, which doesn't happen in the PC browser.

Deel sends my money to my preferred bank and benefits me because the costs are much lower than what I would have to pay using other services.
Effortless Setup and Navigation—A Breeze to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to set up and easy to navigate. In 4 months using it, I haven't had any issues or required assistance from customer support. All the features are easy to use or find. It is great to be compliant with labor laws in my Brazil.

I think the only thing I didn’t like is that I can’t order the physical card to the US
