What do you like best about the product?
* Fantastic UI and UX - Their platform looks great and it makes you want to use the platform
* Fantastic candidate experience - Our candidates have said that their recruiting experience was very professional and mature. A huge part of that is a direct result of using Assmeble! Their offer letters are truly best-in-class in both design but also functionality
* Easy and quick deployment process. We felt supported every step of the way and set up for success
What do you dislike about the product?
* We are huge fans of the product - very little to complain. The only area of feedback is to enable employers to have more customizable controls over equity projections to account for corner cases, such as variable dilution at every round
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Assemble is helping us to create beautiful and intuitive offer letters for our candidates. This easily enables us to look more professional, present useful information to our candidates, and ultimately impress them

What do you like best about the product?
Before I give you the highlights I must preface them by saying Assemble’s level of customer care is outstanding. I have never experienced support that is incredibly accommodating, will do as much of the lifting as you are comfortable with (heavy or light) and makes you feel like they are as invested as you are in having your company tailored site fully functional fast! The set up is seamless and the output is gorgeous! I love the ease in which I can see all employees and where they are in their range plus standalone ranges. Now take all of that greatness and sprinkle on a LOT of listening. They listen and then they make it happen. Sometimes on things that don’t even currently exist! Love that they are not regurgitating old school comp and doing what I have always knew was possible - making comp exciting!
What do you dislike about the product?
One day it would be game changing if market data was included in the tool, but adding our external market data is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their constant communication about product improvements and additions helps us to start rethinking other vendors we currently have that we may no longer need.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use! The ability to jump in and quickly acclimate to the tool and how to use it is powerful. The UX design is clearly something that included customers as it just made sense. I also must say the support is fantastic! When I do need deeper learning or instruction, or even support with a particular activity, they are quick to respond and always willing to jump on zoom to work through it together. They were a key partner in our annual compensation planning this year. It's clear they are serious about their mission and genuinely care.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but more of a future desire. Would be great to have benchmark and market data available in the product or the ability to add it for more extensive comparisons. This is a wish list item, though, does not take anything away from it being an excellent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble is really trying to empower companies to make fair, equitable, and principled decisions when it comes to compensation. Compensation can be a bit murky and often secretive or done in the 'dark.' Assemble is shining the light on comp and making it accessible and understandable for all employees and managers, not just the HR team. This enables greater accountability for the decisions being made and is helping to up-level everyone by removing some of the confusion.

Intuitive Compensation Tool with Excellent Presentation Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
In general, Assemble is extremely intuitive, from input of data, to where different data is stored, everything has a very logical flow. It’s easy to use for our Admins, Managers, and Recruiters. The feature that we use most is the visual offer letters, which do an excellent job in effectively communicating the offers that we’re extending.

Separately, the team is very interested in our use cases, and eager to build features to address the pain points of our organization. They are highly responsive, and want to make sure that we feel like partners, and our feedback is taken into account in the development of Assemble.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes at this point. There could be some additional integrations with other tools (especially equity management), but we have confidence that these types of features will be introduced as Assemble continues to develop and mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two main problems Assemble is solving our organization are:
1) Visual offer letters - Visual offer letters enable our organization to easily and effectively communicate our offers in an understandable fashion to our candidates.
2) Providing an easy way to grant proper compensation visibility - Assemble allows us to easily grant compensation access to our Managers in a controlled/scalable vs. alternatives like a spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Assemble has made our process for assessing compensation for current and new employees incredibly easy and straightforward for everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for an admin to send an invite from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Assemble team helped us build out our entire compensation philosophy and compensation bands before we started using the Assemble platform. They helped us think about compensation from the ground up and now that everything is in Assemble, we can assess if we are paying fairly across groups and continue to do that with new hires.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had access to CSM in another way besides emails and meetings. Maybe a phone number or chat?
Also 2 pay cycles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our employees in Europe to be part of the company in the same working conditions. And they always have someone to turn to if they have any problem.

What do you like best about the product?
--Great UI. Very user-friendly.
--Unbeatable customer experience.
--Efficient and fast implementation process. We felt supported every step of the way and set up for success.
--Account managers are extremely dependable. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need (shout out to Zach!).
--The end results! Assemble got us to a FAR better place than we could've ourselves.
--We honestly couldn't have gotten through the compensation review process without this. Total rewards has become such a hot (and high stakes) topic these past few years, Assemble made it easy to do it well. I'd recommend to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
--Nothing! The only feedback we have is to continue building out great new features (e.g. role leveling matrix) and integrations (Gusto).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
--All aspects of total rewards

What do you like best about the product?
Deel values their customers, their customer service is really good they always make sure they understand your problem before anything, and you can tell they are really trying to help you and not trying to get rid of you off the call like other customer services do. their customer service is like a flashlight in the dark.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using money-sending platforms we expect them to be fast and easy to use. So far there is nothing to dislike about deel, try them and you won't regret you did it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is making it easy to send and receive money across different continents. it solves my problems is that it's fast, convenient, and easy to use and they don't have any complications when signing up.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is quite speedy when it comes to responding to customers and the platform is quite smooth to navigate, they offer an early withdrawal solution that is also quite helpful, the transaction fees aren't high, and they offer multiple options for withdrawal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a technical issue with a software that Deel works with, customer support handled it though and they sent me the link I needed and were patient with me, they also followed up with my review and issues to check if it happened again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely gives me peace of mind to receive payments quickly and efficiently. It is easier to plan my finances that way.
