An absolute lifesaver!!
What do you like best about the product?
We were in a pinch and needed a tool and team that could support our lean people team in building equitable compensation bands and a more repeatable approach to paying for fair across our teams. We knew from the start the Assemble team had out back and delivered when it came to helping us reach our end-of-year goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to customization within the portal. Still, the team has been extremely open to feedback and is already launching a new UI that will help us engage better with our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were building out company-wide pay bands and easier access to equity information for our talent team.
The part of your People tech stack you actually want to keep
What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform that works as advertised, and the support and service to help reach that point - from onboarding to integration and beyond - is absolutely top-notch. It takes real customer commitment to deliver in practice on the promise of marketing materials, and that's generally what we've seen from Assemble.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's another part of your People tech stack to work through. In time, it will hopefully become even more seamlessly integrated with other players on either side - HRIS, data systems - to make the work less manual. But, for now, the commitment on the Assemble team to helping us through the manual pieces in an efficient / effective fashion takes this pain point - which is true for almost every system - and makes it much less painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us visibility into pay equity and helping us to plan and execute on our compensation strategy, including creating better visibility for hiring managers and employees.

What do you like best about the product?
My interactions with Deel take just a couple of seconds every month. It's a perfectly designed product that just does its job

I couldn't notice any problems with Deel

What do you like best about the product?
No doubt: its speed in processing payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular (so far). I don't use all the features provided but the system works great for what I need.

My company outsourced the accounting sector to Deel and in no time I receive my salary every month.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple interface, very easy to understand and very easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that deel must make 2 Factor authentication mandatory for Security reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to get paid using Deel. I find it damn simple.
My money feels safe with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
The estimated timelines are always met. Everything is super convenient and easy to understand. Everything is visible on the different screens, and transparency throughout the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come through anything that has bothered me. Everything is well thought out, and I like how the platform provides me with my every need. If there's something that others feel is missing, I'd love to know more about that.

The platform provides an excellent way and the smooth on boarding and overall transactions and approvals and I feel everything is super sorted and well thought about.
Simple, Quick, Functional
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic invoice generation. Quick payments. Low fees. Intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of possibility to modify invoice after it was automatically created.

Creates invoices. Easy payments transfer to the personal bank account.

Easy to use, secure and easy to create an account. This application is a concept where there is no complexity

There are no defects, but I would like to put forward the idea of reducing the time it takes to send money to the bank because it takes a week

it takes time to load up a page and there are no guides on the page.

I like the Deel portal and how the information via the portal or emails is being served to its customers.
It only takes 12-24 hours to credit amounts in my account.

Nothing specific to dislike, everything about Deel looks pretty because that is where I get my payments so I love to login to the Deel portal and bring money into my account.

I am not aware of Deel new offerings, but I would love to see what Deel bring us.
