Best product for building a fair and equitable compensation program!
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble’s user-friendly interface is well-designed and highly user-friendly, making it really easy to navigate and use. One of the standout feature of this product is the expert knowledge the team provides. The team is consistently offering valuable compensation insights and perspectives to our program. They have really helped our cross-department collaboration, ensuring everyone is on the same page when it comes to compensation decisions. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Assemble team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand that as a newer tool, there is some room for improvement in terms of customization and reporting features which may not currently meet our expectations. But with time and continuous product iteration, I believe these features will be further developed! In addition, a better integration with our existing tech stack, as it would alleviate the manual efforts required at the end of each compensation cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble is our main source of truth for compensation, this has enable seamless collaboration our recruiting, finance, people, and leadership teams. Also, as a company, we strongly prioritize being fair, equitable, and data-driven with our compensation program. Assemble has been instrumental with helping us incorporate these values to our philosphy/program.
Easily implemented product with incredible support
What do you like best about the product?
I was not the initial person that set up Assemble, but coming into my company and getting started and understanding the platform took little time. The customer success team was incredible in getting me up to speed and alerting me of the other ways our team can use the platform.
Assemble is very straightforward to use when creating beautiful offer letters, looking up compensation data for current employees, and updating our comp bands. The team is also constantly updating the platform and really listening to customer feedback.
Although our company is not quite there yet with pay transparency, having Assemble house our data will definitely be setting us up for success when we do get there!

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm excited for more of the customization pieces, but really nothing to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a go-to spot for our recruiting team to see the bands and create offer letters as well as a quick and easy place for our people team to collect and gather data.

Hourly employees are not yet fully supported, but the team has it on their roadmap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing compensation, giving managers access, and communicating with employees about compensation at our company is now much easier. I can quickly access any employee's compensation and our compensation bands, and use Assemble to decide how much to pay a new hire, how to pay out our bonus program, or how to adjust an existing employee's compensation
I can easily select which compensation bands I want to share with different managers, which makes me more confident and our journey toward pay transparency smoother

I knew a co-worker had a problem with his credit card, it had been hacked and they researched and returned the money.
Last week I had a problem with the money movement from my credit card to my balance account and they supported and assisted me all the time

The platform is comfortable and easy to use.

In the past, Deel solves for us the salary payment for employees (paycheck) aboard.

Easy, fast and definitely NOT scary

It's a one stop shop that's high touch with people to support at every stage. We have been delighted with the level of support and service.

Nothing. Quite a lot of emails but we needed them

We use Deel to hire someone in Germany. We wouldn't be able to do it without that.

It's easy to use and to withdraw. They also allow you to withdraw in advance when you neet to wich is really helpfull

What do you like best about the product?
I recently partnered with Assemble, and the implementation process was so smooth! I was given white-glove treatment and solid advice on how to scale our compensation practices. Kudos to the UI/UX team for building an easy to navigate product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I'm looking forward to future features that are on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I had to generate our compensation data manually for each review cycle, I don't have to do that anymore. This saves me a massive amount of time.
Another feature I appreciate is that it pulls historical comp data for each employee, I didn't have that before on my previous platforms.

Their platform is intuitive and easy to use. The Assemble team supplements our lean HR team by helping us deliver compensation frameworks and training to the business. The team was responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
The offer letter product didn't work for us primarily because we didn't want to send anything outside of our ATS. An integration here would be excellent!

Assemble provided an easy and cost-effective method to develop baseline job leveling and compensation ranges for an early stage start-up with little to no budget available for this initiative.
Powerful Foundational Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we were looking for a tool that would help us be data-driven as well as responsible in how we approach compensation and build our comp philosophy. Assemble checked all the boxes for us! Assemble allowed us to customize our career ladders and levels and visualize the compensation journey for our executive team at the individual employee and department level. Bringing compensation to life in this way has been a game changer in our comp cycles. The support we received from the Assemble team to build and iterate was exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the product matures, I'm looking forward to being able to further customize access and views for those who require access to Assemble in our organization. The Assemble team has added us to their slack channel on product development, and we're excited to be part of that journey with them.

As a startup, it was important to us to be data-driven, market-driven, equitable, and responsible in how we manage our compensation process. Assemble allows us to bring each of these components to life in an easy-to-navigate interface that clearly shows individual compensation journeys. It also allows us to define and refine our compensation philosophy. Assemble has become the central source of truth for our Finance, People, and Executive teams.
