Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient and has no errors on the employee side. I've been using it for about a year but didn't encounter any errors.

Nothing, I think it is organized well and there is nothing to improve now

Deel is solving the problem that we are being paid worldwide. It can even transfer to your own bank so I like it's convenience.
It is very easy to use and has few charges.

Ease of understanding the webpage and performing transactions.

I haven't found anything I don't like, it's really a very comprehensive service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Deel is implementing a debit card to use the money directly in physical stores.

Real deel card is not supported in Turkey.

It keeps contracts and sends the money to related bank accounts very quickly and smoothly.

transaction speed, normally It should take a few days but in deel on a few hours

That Deel doesn't have a mobile app. That will be really fantastic!

Before there was no clear way to see the movements in my account, such as the bank statements that your personal bank sends at the end of the month. Deel already created a section where you can see and download all these movements

What do you like best about the product?
Deel offers and amazing UI that is great and intuitive. It's easy to manage your contracts, know how much you're going to be paid. Also it's services are really useful, like deel advance which can really help when you are in need
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? Nothing. All the services that I've used worked as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment, it makes life much easier and deel converts the currency for me before transferring ir, making me not having to care about this conversion and focusing on what is important
I always belive the reviiew is a great thing to evaluate the process.

I think the most thing when I have any problem I found help and support always at a time and always give enough explanation, and it is a very organized process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the period when sending the withdrawal, I would love it if it was more than 30 days if I want to withdraw. that's the only thing I think it could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves when my withdrawal has some issues with the bank we let me know that we have to wait till a specific time then we can get your withdrawal back so I can withdraw with another way and It was great.

Great Compensation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble took the time to fully understand our company, industry, roles and what we needed as far as benchmarking goes. Zach was a pleasure to work with, he walked us through the process with ease and helped our organization put compensation structure in place which had not been done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the nichness of our industry we had to come up with a lot of the benchmarks for the roles, this made it tough at times and would have been nice if they had access to more benchmarking information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble helped us ensure our employees were being paid at fair market value and gave us data to make adjustments were needed, develop a compensation strategy and philosophy and make data backed decisions with all compensation requests.
