It is very easy to transfer the money

I like how fast it works and also how it shows us the extracts and remind us of taxes.

I felt they were very knowledgeble on the whole processes, especially the immagration laws and processes. Also very reliable. Made our work very efficient

Almost equal exchange rates from USD to PHP. Would prefer this than other platforms.

I've noticed that there are no delays when it comes to payment. It's automatically transferred to my bank account here in PH.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall product & customer service. Has great features to help build compensation parity internally and visualize candidate offers externally. There are a few competitors in this space now, but Assemble's support and service sets them apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike! Their features are straighforward and their support is top notch. I've not experienced any technical issues, so no complaints from my end.

Assemble allows us to remain equitable to our employees while consistently understanding how the market is moving. It also allows us to help candidates think like investors (visual offer letter) which is imperative for making big career decisions.

so far I haven't found anything I don't like or find useless, It has only happened to me a couple of times that the transfer takes longer, but the money always arrives at the selected account.

Payment in any currency and transfer and be able to transfer the payment locally considering the local currency faster and without any trubles.

Deel makes something that is conventionally stressful, extremely easy.

It's ease of use and automatic withdrawals. I really love how deel also have deals with other companies to provide benefits and more. I also like the deel card alot.

Since I am a developer, I like accessing program internals using APIs and stuff so I can setup my own automation and alerting. I would love for deel to have an easy to use API.

Deel solves numerous problems, the most important being the ease of use and security. Other solutions are good in one area but lack alot in the other area whereas deel is able to deliver on both.
