Flexible Withdrawals and Helpful Advances, But Limited by Employer Tie-In
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different forms to withdraw money. Also the Deel Advance is a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the fact it is tied to the employer. It would be more helpful if it would be tied to employees and employee is the one who can instruct to employer to deposit funds to the Deel account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solve the problem to pay to contractor arround the worls. I'm benefited as I'm a peruvian contractor working for an USA based company.

Too many options, hard to get to the key tasks and click throughs can be cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The platform makes managing payments, contracts, and compliance incredibly simple — everything is organized in one place and runs smoothly. I also really appreciate how fast payments are processed and the transparency throughout the whole process. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question. Overall, Deel has made working and getting paid internationally much easier and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the 1.5% fee applied to transactions not made in USD — it feels a bit high and could definitely be improved. It would be great if Deel could offer more competitive rates or options to reduce that charge. Other than that, everything else about the platform works really well.

Deel is solving the problem of getting paid easily and securely when working with international clients. Before, receiving payments from abroad could be slow, expensive, and complicated. With Deel, everything is automated and transparent — payments arrive on time, fees are clear, and I can choose how to withdraw my money.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy and fast to request time off — just a couple of clicks. It’s also very secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’m not a huge fan of is that there are too many sub-sections scattered across different pages in Deel, so sometimes it feels a bit segmented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel streamlines payments across countries, and the currency conversions are actually really competitive.

Excellent Support, But Manual Transaction Confirmations Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support responds very quick and they are actually helpful. They also keep you posted periodically about the updates of the tickets. I also really like Deel rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it doesnt tightly coupled with the banks, sometimes its being an issue with the transactions waiting manual confirmation.
