Seamless payment
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast processing of payment requests which makes it very convenient to both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing area could be highlighted in a way that makes the navigation smoother and guides the user directly

Deel is an excellent way for a contractor to get payments hassle-free, and provides a great user experience overall.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, payments always arrive within the expected time frame and exchange fees are really comfy. Another advantage is offering a virtual card.

I have not experienced any issues with deel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They will eventually launch a physical card to make payments directly from your savings without having to transfer the money to your bank account first

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an intuitive, fast and smart platform to manage payments.
There are very few platform that can offer all the features that Deel has in a safe environment.

Really there isn't something in particular that I don't like about Deel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a collaborator for a company (not an employee) and I'm payed only when I offer my services to the company. For this reason I need a flexible platform that can connect the company to me for the times that they use my services and have to pay me.

So far none. Like what i said i havent encountered any issues so far.

Without Deel I wouldn't be able to get paid internationally

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, once it's set up, I don't have to do anything. It's a lot of burden taken off my shoulders. It's also very fast, the email saying my money is on my way usually arrives the same time as the money itself. The user interface is nice and usable, but I seldom check it. It feels great to have extra features, like Advance, but I actually haven't even tried those yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login is a bit less comfortable than your typical login, with the one-time code being sent in email. I wish it would happen with the usual authenticator app, or maybe with a push notification, as it does for many services online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, it's always a pain in the neck to take care of the whole T&M summary - invoicing - collecting - transferring chain. Even the most disciplined customers need a reminder every now and then about an invoice being overdue, or have a discussion about the proof of work. With Deel, all this is super easy, every aspect of these is off my shoulder. It's like having a secretary who does the administrative tasks for me.

I like it when it tells me whether I get paid or not, and I have other options for my payment besides bank transfer.

There was a delay in the past due to complications in the money transfer, but it was solved.

I have an overseas contractor, and we have a contract, Deel intermediates the payment so I can emit fiscal notes and report earnings in Brazil. I've been receiving raises since I started.

That I can transfer my money to crypto in binance and also the customer service

Easy and smooth process to receive money transfers against work invoices from a Foreign client

The only concern which I can recognise is the exchange conversion rates, better rates can provide competitive advantage.

As explained deel is helping me with a smooth process of receiving money from foreign clients in my home currency
