Simple and easy to use platform to get paid
What do you like best about the product?
Is simple and easy to use, a lot of features to use and the fees are not that expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve a bit the transactions times.

Payment from my employer to my back account with fear fees.

The customer service and the option to ask for get your money in advance, Is super interactive and easy to use and I use it a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The Deel dashboard is very user-friendly. You can see everything that you need from there. I particularly like their feature called Deel Advance. It's really helpful when you need your money before you receive your pay. The fees are not bad as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. I am enjoying using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For freelancers like me, Deel helps manage contracts and invoicing from different clients with acceptable fees.
Deel is very user friendly and easy to use.

Ease of Use Ease of Implementation, good Customer Support, provide number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything that is dislikeable :)

Deel is solving my payment problems from US.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Deel is that I can get a receipt for every payment made to me. The receipt includes very detailed information which helps me a lot for when I'm required to send proof of payments to my bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is the high amount charged for withdrawing money to my local bank account. I've been charged less when withdrawing money to my local bank account with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently requested help to add my Dolarapp account to withdraw money. The assistance I received was great and there are no problems currently.
Once you understand how it works, the UX makes it easier for you.

Instant card, the UI is simple and clean. The support team is good.

Not being able to directly transfer to another deel account.

To get paid on time and to move that money easily to my local bank account.

I have no complaints, it should just reach more markets in other parts of the world where the platform is little known.

Once I had an account created, things seemed to work relatively smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took longer than I would have liked to sign up and go through the whole authentication process. Also I think the "make a contract" process could have been improved.

Deel makes it easy to hire new people and seems to have a lot of resources to answer people's FAQs.
