How easy on the eyes the interface is, is very intuitive and compact.

I think the AI integration, I see no use for it, might be that I am not into AIs but I don't see the use

Well, on my first pay, I got the option for an advance, and that helped me a lot. Also the support was great , I had to remove my 2 step authenticvator app in order to access from a different device and the lady helped me a lot. Her name is Joy

What I like best about Deel is that I can receive international payments in USD and easily transfer them to my local account in COP. It makes the whole process fast and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees are quite high when converting from USD to COP directly on the platform. It usually costs around 12–13 USD, which is more expensive compared to other platforms that charge around 5 USD for the same transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me receive payments in USD and transfer them to my local account whenever I need. It makes getting paid from international clients much easier and more flexible.
I get the money almost instantly into my account :D

The platform handles the entire payment process, so all I need to do is confirm details and withdraw my earnings, letting me focus on my work instead of accounting or bureaucracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, fees for international transfers or currency conversion can add up, especially if my client is using a payout method that isn’t covered by Deel’s free transfer options. There have been occasional delays outside Deel’s control—such as bank holidays or payment provider outages—though these are rare and customer support usually offers alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves several major business problems for people (including me) who need to receive payments from overseas clients as remote contractors, making global work much easier.

I like that in Deel you can request an advance payment, which is a very useful feature for me. Sometimes unexpected investment opportunities arise, and this functionality allows me to access the money I need without delays, providing me with financial flexibility. It is very easy to use, with features to organize payment days, invoicing or receipts, and contracts. I consider these features make Deel a valuable tool for managing my fees efficiently.

Let the transfers not be on the same day.

The service charges a high fee even when you're only transferring a small amount of money. On top of that, you're required to use the automatic transfer option if you want to receive your funds quickly, and that's when they really take advantage—by imposing steep fees on small transactions. You also don't have the option to select the starting balance for the transfer, so the amount gets moved automatically without your input.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is an area of improvement in the automation of certain features. While automation is crucial, there are processes, like Deel Advance, that could benefit from a human touch. I'd also like to see a feature where Deel can provide an IBAN, enabling it to be used fully as an international bank.

Great Features, But Needs Dual Language Support
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to start using it. Only once I need to verify and then I can sign hassle free other contracts. I use it on the monthly basis. There is quite a bit of features like ability to upload your own contract, submit expenses or even create your own contract. The customer bot is quite good, though if I needed a person they didn't prevent me from speaking with him. It also has great API that can be used for workflow automations, super easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dual language contracts out of the box, would be great because otherwise the translation is required and deel contract isn't a short one which can cost quite a bit. The switching between organizations sometimes can bug out.
