the team does everything possible to help me with my problems
What do you like best about the product?
I have no claims to the Deel team, they try their best to keep up with the times and make their service convenient for users. I get support for all the issues I am interested in. I also noticed that the team does everything possible to help me with my problems. Compared to other services, their rating is much higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
They perform their responsibilities to the best of their ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each time, customer service responded to me within a few minutes. (when I didn't know how I could save my money, how I could use my money, what was the most profitable way for me to withdraw my money)

Flexibility with delivering clients payouts in short terms
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile app and some costy fees for transferring funds in some payments methods like crypto and bank wire
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Third party reliable platform playing as intermediate to make sure a smooth payment process between involved parties. Genrating bills and advising on taxs facilite the administratif services for both contractor and contracted person.

What do you like best about the product?
Agility. It's very fast to onboard. You have a framework of contract information that helps a lot. I'm using every month since Sep 2022 without any complain. Had to reach the customer support only once and it was ok. You have a great set of features even though I've been using only the core feature: receiving ans transferring may paycheck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't have any complain. Everything has been perfect.

I'm a software engineer working for a US based company remotely from Brazil. Deel solves my monthly payment as a contractor.

the platform is very intuitive, easy to use and very simple, the design is easy on the eyes and I'm very happy to be using the platform

Nothing, i feel completely satisfayed. The plataform have Always support when something goes wrong

Make the payment simple and clarifying, Also with specifications all the time about the payment, quick and easy
Everything is very intuitive, saves you plenty of time

Many things, including the fact I can get a banking card. I have flexibility when deciding how to transfer my money since I can also choose crypto.

Nothing so far. But I wish there was an option for deciding when to receive the card.

It simplifies the process of getting payed and creations of invoices. Good option for insurance.

usually, to use another plataforms, I spend too many time trying to understand how to use it, but it doesn't happened with Deel, to learn more quickly.
