Deel makes it very easy and legal to hire international talents. They do this by ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws in various countries. This actually minimizes the risk of legal issues and ensures that your business operates within the bounds of the law.

While Deel is great overall, it's limited when it comes to the integration of other softwares.

As a contractor for my overseas based company, Deel solves my payment issues by allowing me to send my salary to Payoneer, then to my local bank with just a $3.00 fee.

What do you like best about the product?
I could easily add my bank accounts. Also, withdrawing money is super simple, just a few clicks and you're done. Another super helpful feature is the Deel Advance, which has saved me many times.
