Very straightforward process and UI/UX. Also, the payments always came on time which is great.

Maybe it's a little hard to see the previous invoices. It took me sometime to find that they were in 'contracts' tab.

Once there was a bug that did not allow funds to be withdrawn immediately; I had to divide the amount and withdraw it in 4 iterations.
