Excellent, efficient, and 100% recommendable.
What do you like best about the product?
Zero worry when it comes to getting paid, you don't have to create invoices and the transfer commissions to platforms like Wise are null.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is no longer integrated with Binance, maybe it could be integrated with Nexo

I didn't understand this question.
I had cold feet at first, but this ended up being pleasurable.

Setting up my contract was quite straightforward. I didn't have to bother about chasing my employer around.

I'm yet to see any downsides. Setting my account up was easy.

Deel is very helpfull and easy to use. I never had a problem to get paid!

Deel's platform is easy to navigate and understand. Very user friendly and the functions and features are what I expect and they are all useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The directory tab doesn't show contact details. It will be nice if you know who to contact to and where to connect with them.

Earnings details and withdrawal methods available. It's just making my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool was very easy to understand and to roll to executives and managers. All of the data is easily accessible and easy to export. It is very a intuitive system. The support and implementation team were by far the best I have ever worked with. Quick response times and always willing to help. We customized our tool for our business and have been so happy. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a new product. While there are still lots of features in development, the team has been great to listen to our requests and quickly move them to the product team to make them available.

The product allowed us to intergrate compensation benchmark data from other resources. This allows us to create comp bands to see how we compare to other organizations from a comp standpoint and allowed us to see at the employee level how our pay compares to market rate compensation.
