simple and easy to understand

interface is very friendly, easy to understand

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is that it's very easy to move money, the platform is very intuitive and has all the information you might need to make your transfers easier. Additionally, the security is very good as it has two-factor authentication and you must add an identification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "problem" is that it takes approximately 2 days for the money to reach the final account. So, you have to schedule it in advance if necessary.

I haven't had any problems with the platform; since I used it, it always worked as expected.
Payment and contracts managnent
What do you like best about the product?
Dell manages my payments and contracts. I don't see the commissions because they are not discounted on my. I can transfer my money for free to my Wise account and the best part: I can ask for a advanced payment at any time !
What do you dislike about the product?
One time I used the option for direct transfer from Deel to my bank account. Deel only took 5% but my bank took like 200$

They allow me to receive payments from USA, so I can work from LATAM for USA companies
Process was quick
What do you like best about the product?
Quick was able to get pay. Omg can't believe it's that's easy am from a small Caribbean island but they made process awesome.

All of the features, especially the automatic conversion of currencies. Also, it's user-friendly.

Overseas payroll. Deel makes it easy for me to receive my salary from the US company I'm currently working at without any hassle or extra fees.

It just works well, beautiful and simple design, minimum red-tape works. Good customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Very smooth interface with the ability to withdraw balance at one's convenience using one's preferred transfer method and bank. Also has the ability to create Deel Cards where you can save up to $18000

I have no major gripes but it would be nice to have a Deel Mobile App on the Playstore

My experience as a contractor
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is amazing, from the very quick verification process, to the intuitive and easy to use UI, the withdrawal methods, and the friendly and attentive customer service.
I received my first pay as contractor, then I did a very small withdrawal to just test my external wallet and their crypto integration. The transfer took longer than expected. I reached out customer service and they responded instantly, took the issue very seriously even for this small amount, and in less than 24 hours it was solved!

What do you dislike about the product?
I understand given the nature of the product this is for security reasons, but for me the session ends quickly when idle and the login process is really slow.
