Practical, fast, & trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
It does what it says it will. I can trust in their policies. I get deposits without any problems, and I can wthdraw it fast and at very low rates. I also love to get email messages and reminders from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is having to wait for some days before I can use or withdraw my money, but I have accepted it beforehand as part of their policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no current problem Deel would need to be solving.

Funds are available really fast, same thin with every withdrawal, never had an issue in 1 year

Contract signature sometimes is not smooth

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has completely transformed the way I receive global payments. The platform is refreshingly intuitive—everything is effortless. What used to be a complex, manual and time consuming process is now smooth, fast, and reliable. It’s rare to find a tool that just works—no guesswork, no learning curve. For me, it’s been a game-changer, hands down.

Honestly, nothing has stood out as a drawback so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving global payments within hours. This makes things a lot easier for me since without deel it would have had taken weeks to receive such payments.
Just the right platform for freelancing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel provides an option for instant transfer and that its transaction fee is lesser than the payment option that would take up to 2-3 days

It has no mobile application. I think it would be easier to use through a mobile app.

When Deel provided a two way factor authentication- I think that was just right since I am only browsing via web to get my pay
Platform is easy to understand and navigate through

They're very detailed via email about all movements in your account, and the page is very easy to go through, all your information is at hand and is displayed so every user can access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verification code you always need when you log in can be a little in the way while trying to check your details, but it is a security method and you can also decide not to need it once per week while logging in the same device.

Deel provides a manageable platform for me to access my payments, and allows me to keep track of my contracts.

Deel helps me connect with my freelance job
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of withdrawal methods for any need, and once you withdraw your money, it doesn't take long to get to your account. You can keep track of your invoices and everything you need for that, is there. The perks and discounts are really good too! I use them always, and this payment method was easy to integrate to my routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just had a little issue once when trying to log in using my authenticator app, but the team helped me through that. The change from the previos payment method was a little difficult to overcome, but in terms of implementation, it wasn't hard. Also, I don't like that we have to pay a fee to withdraw out money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all the information related to my payments in just one place, I can see my contract, my invoices, and even get a card where I can send my money to. Before, it was hard keeping track of all of that, this makes my freelance job feel more formal.

I like that easy to use and the customer support was awesome. They were prompt and helped me out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to load the documents and needed identification inorder to complete the setup.

It's easy to get paid and once it's setup there's no additional work you need to do.
